Meanwhile, in the Poseidon cabin;

"You like Annabeth! Don't you?!" I was yelling at Percy as we were packing for home. Percy stuck his face in his suitcase.

"No!" He said defiantly.

"You know, I think not!" I screamed. "You like her and the whole camp knows it!"

"I DON'T!" Percy yelled. The clothes muffling his voice. I brought up a different subject.

"So, let's debug the prophecy!" I said.

"You shall go west to face the god who has turned." Percy started.

"The god who has turned was really Ares." I said. "You found the bolt and returned it safely."

"And Luke betrayed me." Percy said.

"And what did you fail to save?" I asked.

"I couldn't get mom from the underworld." Percy said. I started to get emotional.

"Then that means we have to live with Smelly Gabe for eternity and he might get arrested for child abuse." I said.

"Who said anything about child abuse?" Percy asked. "Zeus agreed to bring mom back from the underworld."

"Oh." I said. "Well, never mind then."

Argus drove us to the city, and we took a bus to our apartment. Mom answered the door. Then Gabe wasn't happy to see Percy and blah, blah, blah. Something about him being a fugitive yadda, yadda. And a package appeared on his bed. It was addressed to Olympus.

"What's in the box?" I asked him.

"You don't wanna know." Percy said then turned to mom. "Mom do you want Gabe gone?"

I remember Percy dragging me out the doorway when mom placed the box in front of Gabe. Next thing I knew Gabe was a statue and mom sold him to an art museum.
