As a note this story will be mostly in Travis' pov, but a third person narrative.
This is a high school au where Travis is the new kid at the beginning of the school year. He bumps into the skater boy Cooper who is a junior, just like him. They find out they have a lot in common after getting partnered up, trusting each other with their hardships. This trust gives them the idea to runaway and start a new life together that is better than their current ones.
Some of the events in this story might be illegal and I do not condone any of the activities done that are illegal and are not under the supervision of adults.
For trigger warnings, this story may contain the mentions of abuse, underage drinking, usage of drugs (mainly weed), blood, and panic attacks.
