My Patriotism

Awakens me dark spirit,

In response to amorous advances;

Adores all martyr's limit,

Denies the tepid enhances;

Whenever the motherland twit,

Shrills inner soul beyond fences.

A mist barely even see above his sick priorities,

When the Servant leads us, our rest is restored—

patriotism isn't this, just a practice to please,

When the haughty preside, we are oft gored—

overpriced entities, put economy on knees,

When rules reign, the game is played wisely

When cons throw the dice, they enter disguisedly!

Thine soul is different,

Hardly dwaddels to spare;

Amidst a silly defeat,

How unconsciously thee stare?

So do you still entreat,

Hidden ashes in phoenix's care?

Abhor the eyes that glare,

Berserk are each spine

Across many traps to ensnare,

Still a man in the street divine—

Exhibits me zills so bare,

Against missions so serpentine.

Patriotism comes from one's heart,

A country without patriotism falls apart.

Somewhere in virgin meadows,

Rests crumbs of my pious patriotism.
