You and Peter were sitting in the cafeteria and goofing around. Bryce came up to you, and in urgency said, " Y/N, i wanna talk to you." Knowing it was another one of his attempts to "fake apologize, you told him," i am busy." And again got back to Peter. He however held your hand tightly and wouldnt let go off you. You nudged his hand and told him to leave you. Thats when Peter spoke up, " leave her alone mate, she doesnt wanna come with you." Bryce said, " please dont interfere in our matters." He then again pulled you by the wrist and you screamt, "oww". That when hell broke lose. You didnt know what had happened. The next moment Bryce was on the ground and a fight had started between Bryce and Peter. It was bad. Very bad. Bryce were bleeding from his nose while Peter had a black eye. More concerned about Peter, you tried to break up the fight. With great difficulty, you pushed Peter onto the side. He was badly hurt. You took him to the medical room and on the way you let out your anger at him. " what even was that? Are you insane? Since when did you start having fights with guys who are idiots? What would have happened to me if you would have got severely hurt? You just earned yourself a suspension mister." You ranted. He just smiled at you and said, " i did it for you. Chill. Besides if i get expelled i have more time as Spiderman." He smirked.
Reaching the medical room, you saw nobody there. You found the medicines and treated to his wound. He kept on wincing throughout. You told him, " you are sure weak for a guy who fights villains." Chuckling. As you were applying medicine to him, you felt a connection you had never felt before. Both of you were silent, just enjoying each others company. You desperately wanted Peter to be more than just your bestfriend. You wanted to tell him, tell the entire world that you liked him, but not knowing how he felt, you did not want to ruin your friendship. It mattered too much to you. You thought dating Bryce would take your mind off you, but it didnt. Infact your feelings grew stronger.
On the other hand, Peter was feeling the same way. He knew he had to confess now. If he let go off you know it would be too late. Knowing you enough, he knew that you probably felt the same way but you were scared to admit it. He thought how happy he would be if you actually said yes to him. He wanted to treat you well, after everything you had been through, to love you. He thought of ways to tell you. Both of you were silent during this time preoccupied by your thoughts. Thats when it struck him. Day after tomorrow was your friendiversary. The day you completed 18 years of your friendship. This day had always been special to you both. He knew it would be the right time to tell you. He hoped the friendiversary would turn to anniversary. He immediately started making plans for everything. By that time you were also done treating him. After school he dropped you home and went home. He had lot of planning to do. You on the other hand, thought he had forgotten about it.
Two days went by in a flash. It was friendiversary day. You had made a scrapbook for Peter about all your memories. When he came to pick you up, you gave it to him. It consisted of embarrasing pictures of you too and of your foundest memories. First their was a picture which Tony had clicked the day you two became friends, then your first play date and so on althrough highaschool. There was also a cute picture of you kissing him on his cheek. You both blushed. He loved the gift and hugged you tight. You asked him pouting, "my gift?" He said, " wait and watch." You went to school and the day passed by. You were gonna meet Peter for dinner at your favourite restaurant, Alezzandros. You wore a sexy dress. (Dis one 👇)
