Chapter 5: Jeon's household

A new brighter day has started yet again for everyone, christmas has come and gone. Today marks the first snow in Seoul, people are doing their daily routine and continuing to thrive for this day with a smile on their faces. It was a pleasant day indeed, but unlike everyone else was a lady with a doll face. Her eyes are big as a globe, her hair was all over her pillow and some on her face, her bangs are no longer hiding her bright forehead. She was engrossed by the memories of their wild party while looking blankly on the ceiling. She recalls all her embarrassing antics while she was drunk, she knew what she's doing but she has the guts to dance like a slut and kiss her best friend on his cheek.

"What?" what?, She bolted up on her bed.

I did not just do that right?

She closed her beautiful eyes, and to embarrass herself more. The picture of her hugging her best friend by the neck as he almost fell on top of her and her lips on his cheek. She whined endlessly on her bed, thinking of how she will face Jungkook now. They'll be going to Busan today because Jeon's annual christmas vacation.

After her first visit to Jeon's household, it became an annual visit. His family was so fond of her, even his relative does. I mean why not, Lisa is one of a kind, everyone is not obliged to like her, its just she's a type of person that you can never have a bad impression. She's kind, she's humble, she's smart, and most importantly she is so beautiful that you can't take your eyes off.

She paused for a second on her whining, she thought that maybe she should just act as if nothing happened, or she should just say sorry. Lisa couldn't hide her embarrassment as she starts kicking her blankets throwing the pillows everywhere. She can't face Jungkook today, not today.

After few rounds of kicking and whining, she starts organizing her bed and thinking that she should just keep her cool act like she's drunk that time and she didn't know that she just kissed his best friend's cheek. She knew Mrs. Jeon will be sad if she didn't come today after months of not seeing each other. Lisa eventually prepare her stuff and gave herself a hot bath before heading to Bangtan's house.

Jungkook saw his best friend undeniably terrible from the way she walks, he's already in front of Blackpink house to fetch Lisa. He wanted to laugh at the sight, but he composed himself because he knew Lisa is already dying from the thought.

Right after Lisa kissed him on his cheek, he was shocked at first, but few minutes after he cracked a laugh out loud earning a scowl from his friends when he sat down with them at the party, and already planning on how to tease Lisa after she woke up. But seeing how devastated Lisa looks, he already backs down from his plan.

"Good morning" Jungkook said, Lisa flinched from her deep thought, she saw Jungkook in all his glory leaning on his car waiting for her. When did he get here? He looks good on his white turtle-neck sweater, black leather pants, Black Long coat and his favorite timberland.

"Good morning Kook" she replied, Jungkook scanned her appearance. Her hair is on messy bun, cheeks almost red maybe because of the weather, wearing a light make up almost none and she's wearing a nude trench coat, white fitted long sleeves, black jeans, Gucci sneakers while holding her Balenciaga bag. He never saw her in a nude trench coat before, but it does stand out her white skin.

She looks like autumn spawn in winter day

"can you not stare" she frowned.

"Let's go, it's already 7:30" Jungkook walks to driver's seat and Lisa on the passenger seat.

Lisa thought that the whole drive is awkward and silent but Jungkook did not mentioned anything related from last night, that it made Lisa forgot about what happened at the party and feel comfortable promptly. They stopped over in Mungyeong and Changnyeong to take a rest and they arrived in Busan after almost 5 hours of driving.
