A/N: Yes, I know this took forever to be posted, but I’m literally just now sitting down to write it. If you haven’t read my messages on my profile…. I’ve been really sick… I’ve had a nasty cold AND the stomach flu. I left Florida sick and I was sick for over a week. My entire family came back from FL sick…. I wanted to write this chapter and post it by the 30’th but it wasn’t possible. I’ve been struggling to get out of bed, so writing was not an option. I haven’t been able to read (I’ve tried but it was impossible) I’m going to do my best to make this chapter worth the wait, but I’m still sick so just remember that as you read… I love you all and I appreciate ALL of the READS, VOTES, and COMMENTS on Chapter 42… I have read every comment… I hope you enjoy this chapter….

Harry's POV

I caught Eva right before she fell to the ground. I picked her up and placed her on the couch that I have in my office (for when I need to take a power nap).

"Eva-- Eva, wake up." I gently shake her shoulders. She groans and her eyelids begin to flutter.

"Ev, wake up." I cup her face with my hands, I rub my thumbs in soothing circles against her cheeks, her eyes slowly open and then widen as they focus on me. She pushes my hands away and leans back to put distance between us.

"What happened?" She asks confused.

"You passed out."

"Oh." She places a hand on her forehead.

"I will get you some water." I stand up and walk towards my mini fridge to grab a bottle of water. Once I unscrew the lid I hand her the bottle, she holds it with her shaky hands, and begins to take small sips.

“How are you feeling?” I ask.

“Lightheaded, shaky, and nauseous.” She replies quietly.

"Have you eaten anything today?" I ask her.

"Because I know you didn't eat lunch." I add.

"I had too much to do during lunch." She points out. She still could’ve eaten what Holly brought her, while she did her work.

“It’s a simple question—did you eat anything today?” She is starting to irritate me.

"Yes." She tells me.

“Do you have any ideas as to why you fainted?” I question.

“I haven’t felt my best this week, but I thought I was just over tired.” She shrugs. I knew I was working her too hard to fast. I just want her to succeed and excel as my assistant. I really don’t want to have to fire her.

Eva’s POV

He seems to be in his own little world, as he stands up and walks over to his desk. He rummages through papers on his desk before he turns his attention back to me.
