After seeing spencer's awake you immediately kiss him, the kiss was quickly interupted by you remembering you were mad at him. You pulled away and he looked confused.

"Y/n why did you p-" Spencer said while you interrupted him

"Spencer did you forget how you got here?" you said with an angry tone

"I-I all I remember is going in the bathroom stall and I, oh I um took duliadid, a lot." He said not making eye contact with you

"Spencer you need help ok? I-I want to be with you but I cant if your an addict" You say grabbing his hand, he looks you in the eyes and nodded.

"Y/n I um, I'm so sorry for acting the way I acted its just I had to find a way to cope and that was a way I already knew, I knew it would help." spencer said getting red and embaressed

"Hey don't get embaressed! It's ok to admit you need help ok, and when you do get help I will be there every step of the way" you said starring in his eyes tearing up.

"Y/n please don't cry..." He said wiping a tear from your face and kissing you hand

"Spence I just thought I lost you and I just got you.." you said while tears rolled down your cheeks.

"Hey, hey now your not going to loose me ok? Ever" Spencer said while kissing your forehead

You wiped the tears from your face and hugged him, him moving a bit in discomfort. You realize you put your hand right on the bandage.

"Oh shit sorry Spence!" You said getting up to get ice, when you do he grabs your arm

"It's ok alright" he said laughing

"What are you laughing at?" You say starring in his eyes confused

"You, your just so.. beautiful" he said starring in your eyes

"Spence stop getting so sappy" you say rolling your eyes, you look back at him and see that he looks sad.

"Hey I didn't mean it like that ok? Your the Handsomest doctor I have ever seen" you say looking at him

His face turns red and he looks at his iv, he jumps a little when he sees it. You realize and you grab his chin and faces him toward you face.

"Spence I know that this is probably not a good time but I want to tell you something" you say looking at him seriously

"What's the matter?" He says with major concern

"You, your just so.... cute" you say laughing at how serious he is

At that moment you see Penelope walk in with a happy meal and a coffee. The happy meal Obviously for Spencer. Some times your so confused how he got 3 phds. His face lights up when he sees the happy meal

"Chicken nuggies!!!" He says like a four year old opening a present

You laugh at him and grab the coffee from Penelope

"Nice to see he's feeling better" Penelope says laughing
