I really never thought dating a bookworm would be that romantic. Or it's just her?..

After lunch, I headed to Liam immediately. I'm not losing her again. Just as I was about to get in, I heard him talk on the phone.

"I know baby, I'm going to break up with her soon don't worry" he said as he sat on a bench in the basketball court.

"Well, I'm breaking up with you now" I crossed my arms as he dropped his phone.

"They were right, you're such a dickhead!" He didn't even bother to say anything. I'm not upset,
this is what I wanted!

I sat in my office and rested my chin on my hand. I heard a knock on the door, I thought it was Jade until I saw her blonde hair. Jaden

"Can I come in Miss Gadot?" She asked politely.

"Yes of course, what did you need Jaden?" I smiled at her.

"Umm..I'm just looking for Jade. Have you seen her anywhere? We're supposed to go home now, both my moms are really mad at us, and she's no where to be fou-"

"Jaden!!!" We heard yelling. I stood up and went outside to see Jade coming towards us and pulling Jaden by the ear.

"I'm getting my ass whipped because of you!" She yelled at Jaden.

"get off of me!" She pushed her and walked to the exit.

She flashed a smile at me and was about to walk away before Liam yelled "Baker! to the basketball court, now!" he said angrily.

she ignored him but he snatched her arm. she pushed him away as hard as she could. "Don't.You.Dare!! touch me like that again" she warned as she was about to really punch him.

"School hours are over!" she hissed at him as he clenched his jaw. "Don't clench your jaw at me, I dropped PE a long time ago and you're still ordering me around.." she raised her eyebrow, this is getting so hot

"Don't act like you're my boss! Get your sister and to the basketball court!" He yelled again.

"Liam!" I crossed my arms. "Well, technically I pay your salary" she smirked.

"And I'm not going anywhere but home right now, try to stop me and see what happens, I'm gonna make your life a living hell" she left.

"what the hell is wrong with you?" I yelled at him as he stormed out of the building. I shook my head and took my stuff as I tried to talk to her before she leaves.

I saw Georgia confronting him in front of the gates. "you better be careful, jackass. Her mothers are very well known in town. You're gonna regret coming close to her again." she said then got in her car and left.

I saw Jade opening her trunk and doing something. I walked to her and hugged her from behind. "better be careful there, Miss Gadot. Someone might see us" she said sarcastically.

"I don't care to be honest." I unwrapped my arms and faced her. "I'm sorry he spoke to you that way..did he hurt you?" I caressed her muscly arm as she hissed in pain.

"He's not getting away with this..nobody touches a Baker and gets away with it..some people never learn" she took off her blazer and put it in her trunk.

"can you..maybe..come over for dinner?" I asked nervously, waiting for her reaction.

she smiled not looking at me. She tried to hide a blush which didn't succeed. "If you insist.." she mumbled.

"Oh come on, you can be soft with me..no one's around" I chuckled as she shook her head.

"I'll see you, beautiful" she said pecking my lips quickly and getting into her car after she closed her trunk. Gooddamn it, her lips.

After that peck, I almost forgot where I parked my car. I'm risking my freedom, my job, everything to be with her now, and god damn is it worth it..It's so worth it. She's too scary for me to fall in love with but I already did.

I went home and saw both her mothers outside confronting the twins. "Jade, I told you to come home immediately after the bell rings. Where were you two?" one of her moms asked her as she placed her hands on her waist.

"Apparently we were both looking for each other" Jaden said trying to get in the house. "you're not going anywhere until you tell us!"

"I was assaulted by my PE teacher, okay?" Jade yelled as she looked away. "show me" her mom said.

"Here?" Jade asked.

"lets get in the house" they all got in and I just stood there, wondering what's gonna happen to Liam, I don't really care about him. if he hurt Jade, Her mothers are not letting him get away with it. They seem very overprotective over their twins..which I consider cute.

I took a shower, wore something cute, tidied the house a bit and ordered some pizza, she loves it. I heard her and Heather talk about how she craves some like a week ago.

I was grading some papers upstairs until I heard the bell ring. I opened it to see Jade wearing sweats. She looks so cuddly I think I'm gonna pinch her cheeks.

She smiled showing her cute dimples and wrapped an arm around my waist, hugging me. "Hey, bear. Come in..".

She came in and I took her hand to the living room as we sat on the couch. I couldn't resist the urge to lift her sleeve so I can see what he did to her. I saw a big purple bruise which scared the hell out of me.

"He did that??!!" I asked as I panicked.

"Yeah. Both my moms are planning something I don't know.."

I went upstairs and got her a cream for the bruise. "Gal I told you I'm fine.."

"No you're not! It's a big ass bruise, it needs to be treated" I said applying the cream on the bruise.

"Whatever you want, ma'am" she shook her head.

We eventually ate the pizza and snuggled on the couch. I now believe the phrase: people are not what they seem..

She seemed so scary and cold, but anyone who's close to her will know she's the sweetest person ever, and Liam seems nice and cute, but he is a DICKHEAD.

She ended up laying her head on my chest as we watched Harry Potter, which she's obsessed with, we have something in common at least.

"You're so Damn cute, what did I do to deserve you?" I said playing with her hair as she stared at the tv.

She looked up at me and grinned. "Well, you once walked in the class with a 3 book set of lord of the rings, and man, did I want access to them" she chuckled

"Oh so you love my lord of the rings books? I'm so getting them for you tomorrow" I said kissing her forehead making her blush.

"Where'd you even get them? They're out of stock literally everywhere"

"Miss Rhodes gave them to me for some reason" I shrugged.

"That bitch. I'm gonna kill her"
