Minji

"Ms. Jeon, this is a great privilage b-but maybe---"

Ms. Jeon cut me off while doing some paper works, "but maybe what?"

"Well..." I bit my lip, thinking of how to sound like I am not complaining. "I don't think that I am fit to it because I am bad at teaching new teachers to the school curriculum and what-not."

I emphasized the word 'bad' and even made hand gestures.

"You succeeded with two teachers, didn't you?" She looked at me with a raised eyebrow.

I was speechless for a few seconds and thought of another excuse. I really don't want to train that jerk. I don't want him anywhere near me!

"...yes, I did, but, as you know, Sir Min retired." I pursed my lips into a thin line and clasped my hands together.

She crossed her brows and tapped her pen on her chin. "And what does that have to do with it?"

"As I told you, I am bad at training them," I said.

I heard Ms. Jeon sigh as she plopped the pen down on the table.

"Ms. Cho, Min Jaehyun retired because he is now teaching abroad." Ms. Jeon told me, which I already know. "And Min Jaehyun was a great teacher. He even told me you taught him well."

I gulped.

Now what do I do?

"Ms. Cho," she crossed her arms. "Do you have a problem with Sir Takata?"

Oh goodness, you can't blame her for being smart and easy to sense something. It's not easy to lie to her.

"I-I don't," I tried lying to her. "Why would I have a problem with someone I never even met?"

"Alright, Ms. Cho, I've had enough of this nonsense," she said with her tone of speaking a little loud. "Sir Takata is already waiting outside my office. I want you to have him teach your class."

Wait what?

"My class?" I asked again, not believing what just happened.

She gestured me to get out and so I did. I have never complained this much in my life.

The moment I got out of her room I was greeted by a smiling Takata Mashiho while looking at me like an idiot.

"Why the heck are you looking at me?"

"Because I have eyes, am I not supposed to look around?" He asked rhetorically.

I rolled my eyes. "Just follow me and don't ask questions."

When we made it to my classroom it is seven minutes before the school gates will be opened.

I wrote a few things down on the paper and explained those things to him.

I just hope he'll follow what I said.

A FEW MOMENTS LATER...

"Class dismissed!" I cheerfully announced after singing the goodbye song with them.

They rejoiced while packing their bags and running out of the classroom.

Once they were gone I closed the door and held the bridge of my nose in frustration.

"Why?" Takata Mashiho asked, playing innocent.

I rolled my eyes and groaned. "Why did you do that?"

He was silent for a few seconds, probably thinking which mistake he did I was talking about.

"Did what?"

I raised my hands up in annoyance. "Why did you discuss about politics and crimes?! And why did you gave them homework about that? Are you aware that you were teaching five-year-old kids?"

"Because I told you, miss Cho," he said, emphasizing my last name. "Fantasies won't do them anything. They should be waken to the reality of the world."

He took his satchel and attempted to walk out of the class until I scoffed.

"Why are you so bitter about fantasies anyway?" I asked, irritated.

This guy is small but has big guts to say such nonsense about fantasy and reality. What's so wrong about fictions and fantasies?

He stopped walking and glanced at me. "Just because."

He smirked at me and walked out of my classroom.

"Psh," I irritatedly muttered, crossing my arms.

Why does he have to be my intern? And why even in this school?
