"Good afternoon, can I take your---" I couldn't finish what I was saying when I saw a familiar face the moment I looked up.

"Stalker," I rolled my eyes.

"Should I talk to your manager for your poor customer service?" He smirked slightly and raised an eyebrow.

"I'm sorry, sir," I said in a sarcastic manner. "Can I take your order?"

I am into cute guys, but I don't like guys with poor attitudes.

I took his order and went inside for a moment to give the order to Doyoung, my co-worker who works in the kitchen while me in the counter.

I came back surprised seeing Mashiho still by the counter. I asked him, "why are you still here?"

"I'm waiting for my order," he said with his lips puckered.

"I will bring it to your table." I said.

"No, I can handle it." He refused.

"Mashiho-yah, I will bring it to your table because that's how it's done here." I insisted, because it's true.

"I told you, I can bring it to my table, stop being stubborn." He still protested.

I scoffed. This guy is getting on my nerves again. "I am the one being stubborn?"

"Excuse me!" The customer behind Mashiho yelled which made us both turn to him.

"I would like to order something, are you two done?" The hot tempered customer said with crossed arms.

I glared at Mashiho this is all his fault!

I gestured him to go away and gladly, he did.

I took the customer's order while saying sorry for what happened.

I sighed as I gave the order to Doyoung.

While working he asked me, "is something wrong?"

"Its just... there's this person I am so irritated with." I vent out. "I have never met someone so annoying ever in my whole life than now."

I emphasized the words 'so annoying ever.' Doyoung's eyes were on me with interest while hands do the work.

"Who's this person? A guy? A girl?" He asked.

"He's a guy, but you don't know him. I just want a peaceful life without him pestering it." I complained. "He sucks the joy out of everything! Even from little kids."

"I bet he wouldn't even be a good father and husband to his future kids and wife. He's a really awful person." I added.

Wow, I hate him this much, don't I?

"You're quick to judge if you don't really know everything about him." He said gazing back at what he's doing.

"We worked and spent two years with each other now and I know you already," he said. "You're a little judgemental."

My mouth opened agape and he smiled at me and gave me a peace sign.

"No, it's okay," I said.

I checked the counter to see if a customer is waiting there. Gladly, there isn't, and I could talk more with Doyoung.

"Maybe you could try spending time with him," he suggested.

"We are already spending time with each other and I don't like it. He's my intern at the school I am teaching." I explained.

He made an 'o' sign with his mouth. "That's good, but what I meant was know him more. I think that you have only seen the tip of the iceberg."

Wow, Doyoung isn't like this. I never knew he has this side.

"I'll die first before doing that." I grunted, crossing my arms.

"Then die," he laughed jokingly.

"I'll kill you after my shift," I joked back.

"My bad," he chuckled.

I shook my head and went back to the counter.

My eyes went to a four-person table by the window and observed two boys. Mashiho and his friend, I think.

They talked with each other happily. I have never seen Mashiho smile or laugh like that when I am with him. His smile with me would sometimes be a smirk, sarcastic, or in a mocking manner. He would be sucking the joy out of everything. Specially, being bitter about fictions and fantasies.

How come he's like a different person now?

The way he smiles right now... he's much more cute and he's so bright. His facial expressions are genuine. I find my lips curving into a little smile.

The moment I realized I was smiling I quickly frowned.

Why is it when he's with me he's so bitter and ill-mannered?

Does he hate me?

Woah, why am I even stressing over this?

He suddenly looked at me and it caught me off guard. My eyes widened and it took me long before I could look away.

I took my phone from my pocket and pretended to be using it.

Oh gosh, why do I feel my face hot right now?
