𝘌𝘝𝘌𝘙 𝘚𝘐𝘕𝘊𝘌 𝘛𝘖𝘗𝘗𝘌𝘙 and Sarah had called it quits, Topper had started surfing again. For some reason, that also had come hand-in-hand with him chumming up with Gavin and Kheo.
The later had more decency than the former to not take advantage of Topper's invitations inside his home. Unfortunately for Graylin, this meant that she'd started running into Gavin more frequently than she would have liked to and that too in her own house.
The seventeen-year-old boy was half-naked and preparing himself a bowl of cereal in the Thornton's kitchen when Graylin marched over and yanked the box of Cinnamon Toast Crunch out of his grip.
"What the hell?"
"So, you're the one who's been eating all of my cereal!" She snapped at her friend as he turned to look at her. The scowl that had started to form on his features melted away and was replaced with a smirk as he eyed Graylin from head to toe.
"Look at you all dressed up. You gotta date tonight, Thornton?"
"It's none of your business." She announced as she moved over to the pantry to put away the cereal box. The flowy material of the romper she was wearing allowed the breeze to catch each of her strides as she moved. When she turned back to Gavin, he was still smirking at her.
