You sighed tiredly as you stepped into your house after a long day of work. The cosplay store was still extremely understaffed, so you and what little workers were there had to work over time to start setting everything up. You just hoped more people would apply to work there soon so you didn't have to do as much. You took your shoes off in the entry hall, hanging up your hand bag, before heading into the living room. You saw Dagur sitting on the couch, watching himself on the TV. There would be times where he'd find something he did funny, and would laugh his trade mark laugh, and there would be others where he did something he regretted and would pout softly. It was quite adorable. At the moment he was eagerly watching the screen as he worked with Hiccup and his sister Heather to get back his dragon shatter master, a green Gronkle. After he noticed you, he sprung off the couch and gave you one of his bone crushing hugs. You chuckled softly at his excitement, just wishing he didn't have to squeeze the life out of you. He pulled back to look at you.
"I missed you!" He exclaimed happily, a big smile on his face.
"I missed you too." You responded, giving him a small peck on the lips, before heading into the kitchen to make dinner. He followed after you and watched you curiously as you began to make spaghetti and meatballs. It was a dish he hadn't seen you make yet so he was very curious about it as you cooked. As adorable as he was, he was kind of getting your way. You tapped on his shoulder softly, causing him to jump slightly as he turned to look at you. "This is going to take a while so why don't you go back to watching TV?" You said softly, smiling. He nodded and headed back to the couch, watching himself once more. You couldn't help but smile the whole time as you made dinner. You weren't entirely sure how all of this had come to pass but you certaintly weren't complaining.
