[Sitting up onto the edge of the bed, you can expect I pounded away in Nia like no tomorrow, but I wasn't surprised to feel her hugging me from the back this afternoon.]
Nia: You were amazing.
Lucah: Me? You sent me into heaven.
[I said looking back at her, as she kissed me, we made out for about a minute before I pulled away.]
Lucah: Alright come on, we gotta have a plan.
Nia: Buzzkill.
Lucah: They could still kill us both if were not careful-
Nia: Shh...
[Nia said putting her finger on my lips, pulling me back onto the bed, as we got another round in.]

Isaac: So, leaving already?
Lucah: Yep, thanks for everything.
Isaac: Anytime.
[I flipped a rock in my hand, but I just couldn't do it. Nia passed my shoulder as she waved her hand across Isaac's face, and his gaze went still.]
Lucah: What did you do?
Nia: Wiped his memory of you.
Lucah: I can do that?
Nia: In time.
[I gave Isaac one last look, before walking with Nia back up to my roof.]
Nia: So here's what I was thinking.
Lucah: Shoot.
[As we sat, gazing over at the hotel.]
Nia: We split up and take out the remaining wolves, then save the wolf for last you were talking about.
Lucah: Ajax is his name, he'll have a strength to him, if you run into him definitely retreat back to me.
Nia: Think I can't handle myself?
[I stumbled over my words then but she said.]
Nia: I'm messing with you, I know alphas can be brutal, what exactly did he do to you?
Lucah: What didn't he do to me?
[Swallowing slowly, she rubbed my shoulder as I continued.]
Lucah: He mistaked me for a vampire, and mauled me to death. Decides to save me and wants me to fall in line like one of his lap dogs, kills the one person who looked at me like a person, then precede to go on with his life.
[I clenched my fists, as Nia kissed my neck I started to say.]
Lucah: On second thought I'd rather do this alone-
Nia: Don't try that.
Lucah: I can't lose any more people...
[The last part came out a little choked, since I felt tears welling up, I tried to resist them but Nia just touched her forehead to mine.]
Nia: You won't.
Lucah: How can you say that?
Nia: I just can.
[I inhaled shakily, as she kissed my forehead.]
Nia: Now come on, let's finish this.
[She stared into my eyes until I smiled and nodded, rubbing away my tears with my hands.]
Lucah: Let's.
[We needed to split them up before splitting up ourselves, so Nia gassed only the top floors, as they flooded the lower ones. Fistbumping, I took the right while Nia took the left rooms, turning the corner I found one wolf. And immediately dodged a punch, but he kicked me back a few feet.]
