New Group

"Hey JYP wanted to see you Somin." Changbin states walking into her recording room.
"When does he not want me. I swear to the lord it's always Somin this. Somin that! I swear they are going to have me running this place by the time Im gone!" She mumbles getting up from her baby blue chair. She waved by to Changbin before walking to his office.
"JYP-nim. You wanted to see me." Somin says walking through the door closing it behind her. She turns to look around the room to see 2 boys and 1 girl.
"Ah Somin! Take a seat." He motions for her to sit down. She listens to him taking a seat. "I called you hear because I want a new group with the 4 of you. Everyone has agreed so it depends on what you want Somin." JYP states pulling out some papers from his desk before setting them in front of the shocked girl.
She scanned through the papers before setting them down and looking at her boss.
"I'll do it." She states calmly picking up a pen and signing the contract. She wanted these 3 to have a chance, as she had just recognized the faces surrounding her. Jiwoo was a trainee she worked with and had a lot of fun with. Matthew was someone who had moved here from America so Somin and Mark (Got7) helped him out when he first came. TaeHyung was really talented and worked with him as well. They all looked at Somin kind of surprised at how she jumped into the contract. She didn't care. She enjoyed being a singer and being in a new group could prove interesting. She smiled at them.
They had discussed a few more things before JYP had dismissed them.
"So... I'm still going to be the Maknae." Somin sighs, dissapointed she is still not older than anyone.
"It looks like that Somin." Taehyung laughed at her. "But you have way more experience than us. So we look forward to working with you."
She smiles up at them.  They trade numbers before walking off back to her recording room. 
"Dear lord the guys are going to flip!" She says to herself in English turning around in her chair.
"Flip about what?" Felix asks from the couch making Somin jump and turn towards him.
"Uh..uhhhhhhh." Somin blanks out looking at him.
"Better tell me before anyone else does." He starts walking towards her and kneeling in front of her sitting figure.
"I may or may not be... inanewgroup." She shuffles out the last sentence quickly so he wouldn't pick it up. But sadly he did.
"Argh. Really? Why? You can already get stressed about being a soloist as well! Come on Somin." He says getting up. Felix's eyebrows furrow down at her, his arms crossed over his chest. He only ever got like this when he was worried about her well being.
"Well it was my decision. Plus it will be a good experience. Felix you dont need to worry about me."
Somin stands up and starts to walk to where the rest of Stray Kids were, Felix following closely behind. She walks through the doors and everyone turns to look at her.
"Hey love! Did you need something!" Minho asks walking over to her and giving her a quick hug.
"No but I need to tell you guys something. Felix just found out but I feel you guys should know as well." She states looking around making sure everyone was paying attention. She closes her eyes and breathes in slowly before opening her eyes.
"I'm joining a new group. And honestly right now I don't care what you say about it because as my Oppas you are supposed to support me through the decisions I make and this decision is final." She says before looking at everyone, soaking in their reactions.
"Uh. Are you sure? This is a lot of work." Hyunjin asks coming up to her and placing his hands on her shoulders. She looks him in the eyes before nodding.
"Alright. We trust you. You're old enough to make your decisions." He says leaning down and placing a soft kiss on her cheek. She looks towards Jeongin and Seungmin, to see them giving her a thumbs up and goofy smiles.
"Alright well since you guys are working on your song I need to go back and work on mine." She waves bye to the guys before walking back to continue on her work.

Soon K.A.R.D. had came out with their first song Oh NaNa featuring Heo Youngji. Somin had enjoyed making this song and the choreo with the other members. During this debut she had grown pretty close with Matthew and Jiwoo. Jiwoo was her first female friend other than Nayeon.
She had stayed a lot over at their dorm, Jiwoo coming to visit as well for she had her own place.  J. Seph was a great leader and was super funny. Matthew was super fun to be around and they spoke Spanish with each other and started to teach everyone else. Jiwoo was awesome and they had gone to do things that girls would do.
She knew she wouldn't regret making this decision. But she did miss being around Stray Kids.

The Stray Kids members were overly upset about her not staying at the dorm or really even being around them. They missed her dearly and that jealousy was soon converted into anger as they didn't know what else to do with those feelings.
