More specifically, you are Mori's personal, and favorite, maid. since you are able to see him 24/7, you get to see his more talkative side, to which he openly welcomes you to a conversation.

Scenario :

Ouran Academy has given students a few days off due to the holiday season, and for whatever reason, The Host Club has decided to take a legitimate vacation as well. You weren't aware of this, so you decided to use your much needed break to take part in your favorite activity.

Warrior

"(Y/N)", the head maid said, trying to catch my attention, which worked, "Today Takashi-sama has a day off from school, which means that he is probably going to be with his club", she said, seeming reluctant to get to the point.

Sighing, she finally turned to face me, "And since you have been working really hard lately, Takashi-sama personally requested for you to take a day off today, so you are dismissed for today", she said, practically shooing me away from the prep room. Guess today is a lucky day! Better start with some celebratory kendo practice.

Now hyped, I told her where I was going, before happily marching to the nearest public dojo, which ironically was the one I first trained in.

I entered the dojo, seeing happy children with their parents adjusting their uniforms. A sad smile appeared on my face, remembering the past experiences in the same area of the children.

(~ Flashback: Your Childhood ~)

Yay! I'm so hyped for todays practice! I am almost at the Dan level, so I have 'ta work really hard!

After finishing putting on my uniform, I went to look in a small mirror, I can't reach my sword, so I can't adjust it right now.

Going outside, I looked for someone that would help me.

Every kid was with their parents, who were all adjusting their uniforms. I should ask the first person who isn't busy.

I began to patiently watch the parents pat their kid on the back, then leave as their offspring made their way to the mats.

Slowly, I came to the realization that I had no one that would willingly help me.

Through the bamboo doors, I heard Senpai begin to call recall, but I began to feel too depressed to even make my to the inner part of the dojo.

A while after, sensei came out, a confused and worried expression on his face, "What's wrong (F/N)-san", he asked, crouching down to meet my face.

Raising my tear stained face, I fake smiled, "Nothing is wrong Senpai, I just wanted to sit out this time", I lied, not realizing that I had begun crying.

In return, Senpai gave me a sincere smile, "You can join whenever you'd like, I'll always be here when you need me", he said, ruffling my hair, before making his way back into the training area, "Oh, and I can fix your sword whenever you want, so just ask me", he said, before gently closing the door behind him.

(~ End of Flashback ~)

"Sensei", I beamed, watching as he came into view.

Greeting me with a hug, he returned the smile, "Hey (Y/N), how have you been, what brings you here", he asked, a hint of worry in his voice.

"I have the day off today, so I came to visit you", I said, "I haven't seen you in so long", I said, walking towards the changing rooms.

He followed behind me, "Yeah, I'm glad to finally be able to see you", he said, helping me look for my uniform.

He handed me my uniform, "How long has it been? Maybe 5, 6 years", he pondered, facing the other way as I changed in one of the rooms.

Just then, I took out my bamboo sword, leaping towards him.

His strong instincts reacted right on time, causing him to take his sword out and block my attack, "You've gotten a bit braver, eh", he said, a smirk on his face.

Smirking, we began to drop our swords, "Don't expect any less from me sensei", I remarked, making my way into the nostalgia-filled dojo.

Soon enough, Sensei and I practiced until the sun began turning the sky into a palette of dark blues and purples, gently illuminated by the the suns radiant rays, "It seems we have been practicing for quite a while", I said, wiping sweat off of my forehead, "Would you like some tea", I offered, just like I would when working for the Morinozukas.

"Sure but you know that this is my home, I should be the one offering", he snickered, as we made our way to his kitchen.

Getting out all the materials, I rolled my eyes, "It's just a habit I gained while working for the Morinozuka family", I said, continuing to get out the teapot and leaves.

He nodded, "So how is your job going, it has been keeping you busy non-stop for five years", he said, sounding a bit concerned.

I began to pour the water into the pot, "I really enjoy it... in some way, it feels like I finally have a family", I said, sitting down, leaving the tea to boil.

"Then who's going to be your husband", he suggested.

I felt my face grow red, and just as was about to stutter out an answer, we heard the door open.

We both looked up at the same time, only to see my main boss standing in front of me on my free day, "M-master Takashi."

I immediately got up and bowed out of habit, "How may I be of service to you", I say, hearing a snort of laughter come from behind be.

"I need something, please return", he said, before walking outside.

Turning around, I quickly began setting up my Sensei's tea, "Your Master seems rather strict", he said as I placed his tea in front of him.

"He is actually a very kind person", I said as I approached the door, "I hope I get another chance to see you soon, hope you have a nice day", I said, exiting the door.

Takashi was standing right outside the entrance. Right as I was about to ask him why he needed me, he began speed walking away. He must be upset about something? Did he try to cook rice and burn it! Oh no, I'm in trouble...

The walk to his home was quiet and lengthy, which made it all the more awkward.

Once we were inside, he lead me into his room, which is when he began talking, "What do you want to do today", he asked, leaving me a bit speechless.

I was just at where I wanted to be today, "I-I wanted to be with Sensei today, he is like family to me", I said, still in shock.

"You said that we were like family to you too", he blurted out, he overheard our conversation... "Anywhere else."

Blinking, I was unable to comprehend why he was so "Jealous...", I accidentally blurted out, which surprised Takashi.

Lowering his head he nodded, ".. you can quit if you'd like", he offered, but it sounded more like a command to me.

I was even more shocked now, "W-what? Why? I.. Why am I not allowed to see the only person I was able to grow up with? And now I'm unable to see the person I love", I questioned, accidentally confessing.

Blushing, I looked up to see Takashi's surprised face, "I-I have to go..", I said, before fleeing the scene.

Because of this screw up, I won't ever be able to show my face to the person I love ever again.

(A/N: Sorry it took a long to post this, but I had many things going on lately. While writing this, I honestly felt like I could make an entire series out of it, so it is easy to say that I enjoyed writing this.)

Part 2 will hopefully be out soon!

But if you wanna leave it like this, a sad one shot, then... enjoy.
