Chapter 19

Oralbella's point of view:

I shut my eyes tightly but abruptly open them when I didn't feel anything. I hear a hissed and groaning voice. I look down and scream to see Francisco kneeling with his right hand on his stomach. I run towards him and hold his other hand with tears streaming out of my eyes and said: "P-paco."

He tried to smile but failed miserably due to the pain shooting inside his body. I look back and saw that lady was not present there. He gasped greedily for air and started closing his eyes when I pleaded with him: "please don't close your eyes."

He look at me and said: "I'm not sleeping just letting my eyes rest."

I shakily pick up my phone and called David. He picked up and said: "yes Bella?"

I started to sob and he said with a stern voice: "what happened Bella?"

I said between my crying: "Paco shot and-"

My eyes started to feel heavy. I hear a voice saying: "she's having a panic attack."

That's when I realize that people are looking at us. I tried to open my eyes and look at Paco whose eyes are closed. I shook him and said: "you have to open your eyes for me and if you didn't then
I 'kill me."

Paco opened his eyes quickly and was about to say something when I hear a voice: "get the fuck out of my way."

I look up with blurry eyes and saw Damon walking inside the crowd trying to rush. He stopped abruptly when he saw Paco lying there. He rushed towards him and now Paco is looking at him with half-open eyes and Damon looks at him with panic in his eyes and said: "Cisko don't you fucking dare to close your eyes if you did I will punch him in the face."

Paco laughed but hissed when he felt pain in his stomach. Damon put pressure on his wound and David come there along with a glance. David first walked towards Paco and the porters lifted him on the stand lift and took him inside the ambulance. David walked towards me and pick me up bridal style and start walking towards his car. Damon is with Francisco.

We reach the hospital and the nurses and doctors took him towards the ICU. After some time all the brothers came and start asking questions from David.

The third point of view:

The Denaro family is looking at the very familiar ICU door. Francisco who the heart of the family. The guy who can make the whole family smile at the same time with his fun tactics. He's the clown of the family. Damon might be the youngest one but they are more protective over Francisco. The guy who can listen to all their rants and can give advice about anything without judging them. He might have that annoying smirk on his face but his heart is filled with love and innocence only for his family and maybe that's why they are very tensed and scared for him?
Lookingoksthe ICU door with an expressionless expression. If you look at him front the front you will see a tough guy but only he knows what's inside his heart. Michael who's looking at the door with shining eyes and not caring about anyone who's seeing his tensed, worried, and scared face. The only thing he wants right now is his brother to be safe and sound. Vincenzo is glaring at the door and only one mantra is going inside his head he will be okay he's a strong boy. James is pacing here and there with a frown on his face. He just wants to go inside and hug his little brother. Damon whose head is in his hand is facing the most difficulties. He might be tough but he's fiercely protective of his family. His other half his twin is behind that door fighting for his life. He's blaming himself for what happened with his twin. Even when they were younger and their father used to scold them or pretend to smack them he used to hug Francisco with a tear-stained face while showing his back to his father saying "do whatever you want with me but don't hurt him please." Then his father used to hug them both and pray that their bond always stays like this. One day when they were in middle school some guy pushed Francisco accidentally and Damon beat that guy until he was unconscious. Their father used to say that if this twin ever fought about something it will only be about Arabella Oralbella is weeping silently while blaming herself.
