Ch.10: Someday

Soobin's p.o.v

"See you tomorrow Soobin," Yeonjun said and waved goodbye before entering his house, I drove off and went to mine.

When I arrived at my house I tiredly went to my room and lay down on the soft, comfortable mattress and went to sleep.

~~~the next day~~~

I woke up by the sounds pf the bird chirping, good thing that the birds chirp because I didn't turn on my alarm clock.

I blink my eyes a couple of times so it can adjust to the bright light that was surrounding the room and stood up to make some breakfast and went to school.

I was about to open the door when someone knocked, I opened the door to see...

"GOOD MORNING SOOBIN," Yeonjun shouted in front of my face and then tightly hugged me "don't need to be loud... except when we're in be-."

"Anyways, I stopped by to give you this," Yeonjun handed me a voice a paper bag, I took the paper bag and opened it, and there it was.

"A MAJESTIC BREAD," I looked at Yeonjun and he was smiling at me "How did you know that I love bread?"

Yeonjun took out his phone and opened Instagram "Your Instagram is literally filled with you and your bread," Yeonjun showed me his phone and he is correct.

It's me and my bread.

"Anyways I have to go to school now," Yeonjun said and skipped his way to school "Thanks for the bread," I said and went inside to put the bread on the table.

I wanted to go with Yeonjun on the way to school but looks like he went to school on his own, well... I guess I'll go to school alone today.

I went to school and hoped that it will be a nice day.

~~~time skip~~~

I am beyond annoyed right now, you see... my friends saw the whole thing that happened to me and Yeonjun when we were at the beach.

"Soobin, who was the person you were with when you're at the beach?" Taehyun asked taking a bite of his food.

"None of your business," I answered back and rolled my eyes, "well of course it's our business, what if you two had se-." "NOTHING HAPPENED PERIOD."

"Oh really? Beomgyu show it to him," Taehyun said and Beomgyu took out his phone and he showed me a picture of me and Yeonjun kissing.

The moment I saw the picture, I remembered the words he said to me.

~~~flashback~~~

"Don't leave me," He hugged me tightly "Don't worry, I won't."

"I'm scared."

"Of what?

"I'm scared that it will happen again, I'm scared that I will get played again, Im scared that I'll get hurt again, Im scared that." He stopped for a moment and continued.

"I'm scared that I'll get shattered again," he said and tears started to fall from his eyes "don't worry, I'll be here for you."

"And someday I'll make you happy than you were before, I'll make you feel that you're the most important person in my life, I'll be the one fixing your shattered state."

"And someday I'll make you mine."

"Someday."

I smiled at the flashback but then a person named Taehyun and Beomgyu ruined it.

"Why are you smiling?" Taehyun asked "Are you guys dating? Is that the reason why you're smiling?" Beomgyu and Taehyun questioned.

"Guys stop with the questions," I said with a hint of irritation in my voice, I saw Yeonjun sitting with his best friend and I decided to join them.

"Anyways, I gotta go," I said and went to Yeonjun's table.

"Hey Yeonjun," I sat down beside him and put an arm around his neck "Hey Soobin? What brings you here?" Yeonjun asked.

"OMG YEONJUN, I WAS JUST GONE FOR LIKE TWO OR THREE DAYS AND NOW YOU HAVE A BOYFRIEND AND YOU DIDN'T EVEN TOLD ME."

Yeonjun's friend faked cry and wiped an imaginary tear from his face "We're not even dating calm down Kai."

"Don't worry," I said to his friend "we're not dating, YET." I said and his friend laughed and high five with me.

The bell rang making all the students stand up and throw their food in the trash can.

"See you later Kai," Yeonjun waved goodbye and we went to our classroom.

~~~end of school hours~~~

The bell rang (again) making all the students pack their things and left the classroom, and as usual me and Yeonjun always goes last.

"Soobin, can you walk with me?" Yeonjun asked me and put his bag on his back, "Sure," I said and we both left the classroom.

While we're walking none of us were talking, Yeonjun was kicking some rock on the sidewalk while I was minding my own business.

When we arrived at Yeonjun's house I expected that he will say goodbye and walk inside, but I guess I'm wrong...

"Soobin."

"Yeah?"

"I like you."
