Getting Off The Lillypad

The small girl finally came up with a idea. Scream for help. It wasn't the best plan, but it was the only one she could come up with. "Help!" She continued to scream. Now above the water a green bird was flying.

The bird had stopped, but was still flapping his wings to stay in the air, "Whoa! Help?" He flew down and looked around, "Who is saying "help"?"

"Mr. Bird, over here." (Y/N) had gotten up and was waving her arms, catching the birds attention.

"Oh! Little one,Bare you having a bad day?" He asked, landing on a rock so he could talk to the girl.

"I was sleeping on the windowsill, waiting for Prince Katsuki to come. He said he'd come because he loves me and--"

"He loves you?"

"Yes."

"Congratulations!"

"Thanks. But, well...."

But I was stolen away by Mrs. Toad...who says I have to marry her son."

"A toad? That is a very bad day, Mademoiselle...?" The bird has stopped as he hadn't asked for the girls name yet.

"(Y\N)."

"(Y/N), I am Izuku. How can I be of service to you?"

"Well, I must get off this lily pad... but that's impossible."

"Ha-ha-ha! Nothing is impossible." Izuku then dived under the water, he was able to cut the root of plat with his mouth by giving a quick bite, he then swam up to the surface and was able to swim to land.

"Voil!"

Oh, my. Well, that was easy. Now if I can just reach the shore before those awful toads come back." As the lillypad starts to move (Y/N) was able to grab a stick to try and steer the lillypad.

"Do you mean if you can reach the shore before you go over the waterfall?"

"What waterfall?"

"That one!" (Y/N) looked over and could see the waterfall. She started to panic.

"Is it bad?" Izuku tried his best to fly and to try and pull the lilypad away from the waterfall. "I am slipping!"

"Don't let go!"

"Can you swim?"

"No, I can't swim. I can't even float."

"Help! Help, please!"

"Somebody help!"

"Help! Somebody help!"

The two scream for help and two fish under the water heat them. They swim up and try pushing the lillypad away from the waterfall. Bugs that have wings also come out to help.

"Jitterbugs, help! Pull, mes amis, pull! That is it. Higher, higher." Eventually they were able to get the lillypad into lad. Izuku and all the other animals were panting.

"What is it?" A bug asks.

"Yeah. Who is it?" A another bug asks.

"Look, Miro, she's waking up."

"Are you feeling better, little one?" Izuku asks, while watching the small girl sit up.

"Yes, I think so. Who are you?" She asks, looking around at the bugs.

"(Y/N), these are the jitterbugs."

"The jitterbugs? How do you do?" She asks while the bugs give thumbs up or told her they were doing well.

"Are you really gonna marry the fairy prince?" Eri, the little white beetle asks. "If he asks me. He will call for me at my house. That's why I wanna go home. Besides, mother will be terribly worried. If only I could find my way home."

"We'll help you, (Y/N). Nobody will hurt you. Not with us on the job, right?" Eri says, while looking around.

"Right!" All the bugs say, ready to help the girl get home.

"You are all very brave. Thank you. But I'm afraid I'll never see my home again." She looked down sadly.

"Oh. Do you love the prince?"

"Yes."

"Then follow your heart. It will lead you home. Now, where does the prince live?"

"He lives in the Vale of the Fairies. But I don't know where that is either." The girl got up and walked off her to a twig and sat on it, but to her it was more of a log.

"Do not worry. I, Izuku, will find it and bring him home to you."

(Y/N) sighed, "It's impossible." The girl looked down and the bird and the other bugs were trying to figure out how to cheer up the small girl.
