The Dance

"Ladies and gentlebugs...Denki Kaminari proudly presents...(Y/N)!" A voice announces as (Y/N) stands on a stage, in front of many bugs who were sitting at tables looking at her. She was wearing a monstrosity of dress. It was supposed to make her look like a butterfly, but man was it a complicated dress. And since I am to lazy to describe it and am breaking the fourth wall, use the image please. Anyway Denki and four other beetles walk out. Each in suits. Denki was the only one in a black suit and the other three in white suits.

Then each were carrying a cane. They stood in front of (Y/N) before the music started.

"Baby, it's the Beetle ball. And bugs are crawling to get in. When they hear that beetle beat those beetle feet'll start to spin. And how to cheer for you, my dear. You're beautiful, baby."Denki sings as he and the other beetles dance around while (Y/N) stands on this platform, giving little waves and smiling while doing a few spins as it was hard to dance in the dress.

"Oh, my little butterfly. You flutter by at each romance. Every chance to dance with you puts the ants back in my pants. Let's cut a rug. My ladybug. You're beautiful, baby." The three other beetles sing, while Denki walks in front of the small girl.

"I get a buzz when I have you on my wing. You tie my antennae in a knot." He says that as his makes his antennae spin around. He then kneels as he sings,  "Now the room's reelin' and I'm feelin' so. Ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha. Hot to trot Let's dance, baby!" Denki does a stupid dance move that (Y/N) just giggled at as she just did a little shimmy.

"Isn't she beautiful?"

"Just adorable, darling."

"What a piece of work."

"A real looker."

The bug comments as they watch and look at (Y/N), thinking she was a beautiful bug.

"Okay, toots, let's wing it."

"I can't wing it. I don't have any wings." Denki starts spinning her around causing the dress to come off. "I'm getting dizzy!" The girl says as Denki stops. The dress and everything else had come off, reveling her in a red pants and shirt that she was wearing underneath the dress.

"Ew!" The four beetles say as the other bugs start to laugh,  "Ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha. Hee-hee-hee-hee. Ha-ha-ha-ha."

"She, she, she, she's. So, so, so, so. Hey, that bug is a dog!" The four beetle sings while the other bugs comment on (Y/N).

"My, my!"

"Unattractive."

"The word, my dear, is ugly."

"She's so ugly it hurts my feelers."

"I hope it ain't catching."

"Disgraceful."

The bugs were looking at her with disgust. The small girl didn't realize what they were saying at first as she danced, not thinking the bugs would be rude to her.

"Would you look at that. She ain't got no wings. Good gracious, me. What are those things?" The whole concert of bugs sing while Denki glares. (Y/N) stops as she listens looking down as she realizes what the bugs were saying.

"She ain't got no feelers."

"No feelers?"

"She ain't got no shell."

"Do tell!"

"She's got scrawny legs and knobby knees. For all we know, the gal's got fleas. She can't even fly. No, that won't do. So say goodbye. She's not for you!" The beetles sing while Denki had suddenly walked over to her and grabbed her hand pulling her close.

"Sorry, toots, I guess you're too... ugly! Don't worry, you'll get over me."

"I'm ugly?" She repeats, walking out of the room. She waited for Denki who kept his word and took her to the top of the tree and left her on the branch. But before he did so she had changed back into her normal dress. She was on the branch leaning on the tree. Tears going down her face. She didn't understand how she could be ugly.

Now with Eri, Kota, and Miro they were walking, or more like running through the tall grass, "Hurry, (Y/N) needs help." Eri says, as she was in front of the other two.

"Did I hear one of you say (Y/N) needs help?" A voice asks from the grass.

"Yes." Eri answers.

"Eri!" Kota yells, trying to make be quiet as he grabs her arm trying to pull her back from getting closer to the voice that was hidden in the tall grass.

"The beetle took her and flew way up the tree."

"Be quiet, Eri!"

"The beetle? I want her back!" The voice yells. Soon the owner of the voice comes out of the grass causing the three eyes to widen.

"Come on, let's go!" Miro yells, picking up the two kids and starts to run away.

"You big, ugly wart-face!" Kota yells as Mineta only rolls his eyes as the three disappear onto the grass.

"Now we see about this beetle." He says starting to walk in the discretion where the beetle lived.

Now in the air, by the tree where (Y/N) was Izuku was flying around. The moon was slowly coming up. "You're sure to do impossible things. If you follow your heart. You're sure to fly on magical wings. If you follow your heart." He soon stooped when he saw (Y/N). He flew to the branch and landed on it, "What is the matter, (Y/N)?" The bird asks as the small girl looks up at him.

"I'm cold. I'm lost. And I'm hungry. And the beetle says I'm ugly."

"The beetle? Do you love the beetle?"

"No."

"Then never mind the beetle. Good riddance to the beetle. And good riddance to the toad! Does Prince Katsuki think you are ugly?"

"No, he thinks I'm beautiful."

"And so you are, mon amie. Look." Izuku says, grabbing a leaf with a water droplet on it. She looked at it and could see her reflection, causing a smile on her face.

"I'm going home. Izuku?"

"Hmm?"

"Will you find the Vale of the Fairies?"

"I promise. I promise. But now we must sleep." He says, laying against the tree and letting (Y/N) lay on him.

"Thank you, Izuku. Thank you."

"Tomorrow is a new day. And I will go to the forest and see if I can find your Prince Katsuki." Soon the two had fallen asleep, the last thing (Y/N) thought of was her mother and Katsuki. She couldn't wait to see them again.
