||3rd Person POV||

"W-WHAT THE F*CK MOM?!?!?" Himiko's mom had... a gun, and she was pointing it at Kokichi "M-MOM, YOUR TAKING THIS T-TO F-FAR" *Himiko stares at what is in her mother's hand, her eyes full of fear* "DONT TELL ME WHATS TOO FAR" she cocks the gun, Kokichi is trying to stay calm "there is nothing wrong with our relationship" "h-h-hes r-right mom" Himiko manages to stutter out these few words "look at her, who put that bruise on her eye, was it you?" *Her eyes brim with tears* "I-it w-wasnt h-h-her it w-was one o-of h-her guys, I-I t-think h-her b-boyfriend, I d-don't k-know, all I k-know is t-that it wasn't d-dad" *she is terrified and has no idea what to do* *Kokichi stands in front of Himiko protectively, he looked... concerned, but also angry, mostly because of what this guy did to Himiko* "t-thank you" she whispers to him *Kokichi looks at her, his eyes full of love... and fear* *he hands her something... a small slip of paper* "go" *he has tears in his eyes, real tears, as he whispers this to her* "Im not leaving you here!" *she is sobbing at this point* "NEITHER OF YOU ARE GOING ANYWHERE" *Kokichi looks determined* "we'll see about that" he mutters "go Himiko" *his brow furrowed, he is trying to think of a plan* "Himiko, go already" *he looks at her, he looked desperate* "b-but, what about y-you?" *Kokichi has tears running down his face* "I-ill be f-fine, I've escaped situations like this before, i-if your here that w-will only make m-me worried" *she  started climbing out the window, her mother was yelling something at her but she wasnt listening, she didn't care* "I-IS T-T-THIS AN A-A-ADRESS?" *she can hardly form words through her tears* "YES, NOW GO, ILL CATCH UP" *she starts running her vision blurred by tears*

||Himiko POV||

:I need to go, I just hope Kokichi can really catch up: "HIMIKO YUMENO, IF YOU DONT GET BACK HERE THIS INSTANT THEN YOUR NEVER ALLOWED AT THIS HOUSE AGAIN" "I-IM FINE WITH THAT, Y-YOU CAN KEEP THIS B-BROKEN FAMILY" *more tears fall from her eyes* :he might never get to carry me across long distances like this ever again: *she hears a gunshot and turns around* "KOKICHI?!?" *she screams as loud as she can through her sobs* "KOKICHI ANSWER ME" *she sobs even more, then suddenly she hears a yell* "IM FINE, NOW GO" *she sighs with relief and begins running again*

||Kokichi POV||

:I narrowly missed getting shot, I need a plan and I need it fast: *his eyes dart around the room, falling onto a deck of cards* :not my best plan, but it'll work: *he springs into action, grabbing the cards and hurling them at Himikos mother, they distracted her long enough for Kokichi to climb down the ladder and start running*

||3rd Person POV||

"HIMIKO!" *Kokichi yells this as he runs after her* *Himiko slows down and turns around* "KOKICHI?? YOUR OK!!" *she runs up to him and hugs him, wiping her tears on his shirt* *he picks her up bridal style and continues running* "d-do you k-know where w-we're going?" Her sentence is muffled since she's crying into his shoulder "Yes" *Kokichi has a determined expression*

||Himiko POV||

*she hugged him closer* :I stare into his eyes, they're so easy to get lost in: *he noticed her staring and she blushes* :I feel my face heat up, my face is probably red enough to put tomatoes to shame: "I-I love you Kokichi" *he looks at her, his face is a light shade of pink* "I love you too Himiko" *she adjusts herself into a comfortable position, her head leaning on his chest, she nuzzled closer to him* *Kokichi blushed* *She slowly drifted into a peaceful slumber*

||Kokichi POV||

*He feels her drifting to sleep in his arms* :why does she have to be so goddamned cute all the time? She looks so adorable, it's good that she can sleep peacefully after what just happened, but still, I'm worried, what's gonna happen now?? her mom will probably put out an amber alert, that wouldn't be good, well, I'll figure that out later, whats important right now is that Himiko is safe and she isn't injured: *he doesn't realize it but his grip on the small mage tightened*

||Himiko POV||
:I woke up in Kokichi's arms, what had woken me up? Then I realized, Kokichi had tightened his grip slightly, it made me feel protected, I don't really know why but whenever I'm with Kokichi I feel protected, like nothing bad can ever happen to me when I'm with him: *she nuzzles closer to him, hugging him tighter* "t-thank y-y-you for e-everything Koki" *Kokichi blushes and looks down at her* "so you finally came up with a nickname?" *he giggles* "I-I'm Sorry, if you don't like it then I won't call you that" "n-no, it's fine, I-I like it" :he seems flustered, how cute: *she was staring at him, he noticed it* "is there something you wanna say? You've been staring for a while" *she suddenly snaps back to reality, she was blushing, A LOT* "I just think you look really cute!" *she giggles* :OMG DID I ACTUALLY JUST SAY THAT?!?! I PROBABLY LOOK LIKE A BLUSHING MESS!!: *she mentally facepalms* "t-thank you" *Kokichi clearly wasn't expecting her to say that* *she kisses him on the cheek and then nuzzles back into his chest* "are we almost there? You've been walking for at least 30 minutes" "yeah, we should be getting there any minute now" "Ok Koki" *he blushes at the nickname again* *she closes her eyes once more*

A/N: THIS WAS ABOUT 1000 WORDS, MY HAND HURTSSS BUT I COULDN'T FIND A GOOD STOPPING POINTTT, also, do any of you have music recommendations to listen to while I write? I usually listen to the heathers or mean girls soundtrack (I fricken love musicals lol)
