||Kokichi POV||

'It was Rantaro... and he had a gun' "You do realize if you shoot me then you'll go to jail for attacking a police officer" Burt states while laughing "You think that affects me? If you haven't noticed, look around,  my family is rather wealthy. They could easily bail me out" Rantaro states while smirking 'damn Rantaro, that's pretty smart' "So, you have three options here, you can either, A. Let Himiko go and leave, B. I'll shoot you, or C. I'll let you take Himiko, BUT I'll be sure to make sure you lose your job, if you didn't know, the Amami family has a bit of power over the police force, all it takes is a call to my parents and you can say goodbye to any job involving the police force, and after your fired I'll be sure to come pick up Himiko" "You really think my boss would fire me simply because your parents said too? he knows about the abuse but he doesn't care, so I think I'll go with C" *He begins dragging Himiko to the door but before he can go any further Kokichi grabs the gun from Rantaro and a gunshot is heard*

||Himiko POV||

'I was slipping in and out of conciosness when suddenly the force on my arm suddenly got weaker I looked up slowly and saw Kokichi pointing a gun at Burt'  "So, looks like there was actually a plan D" he says while smirking evily 'I never thought he would do that, especially not for someone like me' "K-Kokichi t-thank you, f-for s-s-saving me" she stutters out, still in complete shock "do you actually think I'd let that devil take you? I would never leave you Himi, I love you" *He approaches her and engulfs her in a gentle hug* (A/N: IF ANY OF YOU MAKE A KOTOKO GENTLE JOKE I WILL COMMIT MURDER) *She melts into the hug, falling to her knees, her small tears began to fall slowly, then pick up speed until she was sobbing in his arms, thats when there was a sudden bang and Kokichi launched infront of her and then went limp* "Kokichi? Kokichi answer me! Kokichi?!?! KOKICHI PLEASE ANSWER ME" *Her sobs came harder as she looked at the boy infront of her who had just been shot, she didn't know if he was even alive* "KOKICHI PLEASE, PLEASE, ANSWER ME" She was filled with rage "Thats the last fucking straw, you can hurt me all you want, but you possibly killed him" the edge in her voice was so sharp that it could've cut through concrete with ease *She grabbed the gun laying near her, it was the one Kokichi had used* "Any last words you bitch?" she asks as she points the gun at Burt "Actually I have two words to say.." "And what are those?" She asks as she fiddles with the trigger "Look. up." he says while smirking "What-" *suddenly there was a gunshot and the chandeleir above them was crashing down towards them at a rapid speed, there was a crash, and everything went black*
