At first ingrid was quite surprised to see a person she didn't expect to appear, to actually appear right infront of her, but not a moments later and thinking  about the possibility thoroughly, she suddenly came up with the only probable conclusion

If ever Melfina was here, then that could only mean that the person that she expect the most was also here

While still under the effect of the aphrodisiac, Ingrid slowly scanned her surroundings but couldn't see where Kaido is, in fact it is still a great mystery for her on how Melfina herself managed to enter the room without creating an opening

Nonetheless she immediately pulled Selery close to her embrace as she carefully scanned her surroundings

At the same time Melfina seemed to have guessed what's was going on inside her head, so to alleviate  her worry, she in turn calmly said while keeping an eye on the Beastman hero Alduin

"He's not here... . . Yet, there's something he needs to do and only he can do it" muttered Melfina

Hearing this ingrid firmly nodded as she tried to snap herself out of this kind of addictive feeling, while also helping Selery who seemed to be trying to stop the urge of her womanly desire that was probed by the aphrodisiac

Similarly Alduin was quite at a predicament on just how an assassin managed to get inside the room without any prior notice nor any damage to his surroundings

Soon as he observed the opponent infront of him, he later realized that the opponent was the elf that he saw back at the Human Encampment, but what made him even more intere was this particular elf has an affinity for different magic than nature magic, it was somehow qyite apparent as he saw a grayish aura seeping put from her body

Analyzing everything that happened, he soon found out thatbwhen he also at the same time as she attacked, he somehow saw the attacker having half of her body submerge inside the shadow in the corner of the room, meaning that the elf infront of him has an affinity for shadow magic

"Interesting! I never thought  that I would encounter an elf of your caliber, and whats more! Your a woman yourself! A truly fitting to be on my side" stated Alduin loudly as he expect that somehow some of the guards or xyrus who was quite an observant to atleast notice his predicament

As if realizing his attention Melfina  also stated

"I only have one master and I'm pretty sure It won't be you, as for your guards... .  Well I'm pretty sure that they have a lot larger problem to solve" replied Melfina as she brought out a grin which is quite similar to a particular master of her's

The moment she mentioned that however Alduin somehow realized that the sky outside was much more dimmer that before even though it was just still early in the afternoon

Soon shouts from soldiers orders, and rapid footsteps can be heard rushing outside

Confused on what was happening Alduin glared back at the elf as he asked

"What did you do?"

But in return melfina answered

"No the more appropriate question is, why did you provoke him?"

At that instant Alduin caught the term him and started to rummage in his memory on whom has he act provoke, until one particular man in his memory actually dared to glare at him as if he doesn't  care whether the whole world would target him for his behavior

As if realizing the answer he begun to laugh hysterically infront of them

"Ahahahahaha! I see... . .that's means that the woman behind you belongs to him... . ."
