"Whoa, here they come," the other players in the stadium murmurs. "The strongest team..."
"Did someone get in contact with him?" Nijimura inquires to his teammate.
"Not yet, apparently," he answers.
"Where's Tsukina?" Nijimura inquires again.
"She asks to be absent today," Akashi responds. "I have asked Kuroko and he said that his sister has cram school and can't be absent today."
"Cram school..." Nijimura glances at Akashi. It looks like being second on this man is not purely by coincidence. But Tsukina doesn't look the kind of girl who is hang up on getting perfect scores.

"Demote him," Coach Sanada tells to Nijimura.
"Hey, wait a second!" Aomine shouts. "We've still got the afternoon match left. One more match, could you observe him for just one more match?"
"Aomine," Nijimura looks at his kouhai in perplexity.
"No, there's no value in observing him any longer. I am demoting him." Coach Sanada has already a firm decision. He is already doubtful from the start but he gets a go signal from the head coach and their strict manager has never said anything. He thinks it is because he is her twin brother.
"If it doesn't work out in the next match either, let me be demoted too. So please, try using him one more time." Aomine will do everything to help Tetsu. He knows that he is just nervous and couldn't keep his nerves calm in the game earlier.
Tsukina chuckles at how Aomine is. She slaps his head. "Aomine, you are valuable to the club. Your proposition is not inclined with the value of my brother. Tetsu has made a mistake and it is already stated that when one person didn't perform to the expectation needed. He will be demoted."
"Tsukina," Aomine mumbles defeated.
"You should have threatened to leave if you want to be heard. But Coach Sanada," she turns her attention towards the male coach,"how about giving my so not valuable brother his time to shine? I will be the one explaining the circumstance of your decision to the head, if he didn't play well in the afternoon match." Tsukina proposed with a smile but a confident one.
"What is your basis for this confidence, Tsukina?"
"Coach, Tetsuya is just missing something that he still hasn't completely grasped from playing in a real game. After all, a third string player doesn't have a chance to feel the pressure of a real match and he is not yet in sync with the first string players," Tsukina answers. She knows for a fact that this will happen to Tetsu. He will hit a sturdy wall since the strength and ability of the players in the first string and third string are worlds apart. He can't keep up with them if he paces like that.
