Izzy's POV

Once the semester started back up, I made plans to come visit for the weekend after the first week of classes. I made them a promise, and I needed to keep it. I also just wanted to see them after a month, so I packed a bag on Friday morning and hugged my mom good bye for the weekend. I left the house right after 5, so I was parking on campus by 6.

I texted the group chat to tell them I was on my way up, so Sophie came down to the lobby to check me in as a guest. It was weird to have to get signed in, since I'd dormed in this same building for three years straight. When I walked through the front doors, Sophie was already waiting for me. She ran over and hugged me the second she saw me, and I threw my bag on the ground so I could hug her back.

"You look so good, dude." She laughed, but I could tell she was only laughing so she wouldn't cry. We pulled away and she looked me up and down, stopping at my hair as she picked a piece up. "I love it."

"My mom helped me bleach and dye it." I smiled, and she did the same at the thought of me doing it with her. I ended up going with the light brown I mentioned to my mom a few weeks prior, and it turned out exactly how I wanted it to.

"It's just weird seeing you without something funky." She laughed, and I picked my bag off the ground as we started walking up to her floor.

"Have you guys talked to Cal at all?" I asked once we got on the elevator.

"Yeah..." She started, her face dropping a little. "He blames himself, Izz."

"He wasn't the one who cheated on me." I said plainly, turning away to look at the button that was lit up next to the door.

"You should tell him that." She said quietly, and when I looked back at her she had a hopeful look in her eyes.

"Is he coming tonight?" I asked, referring to the lounge that Mike booked for us.

"Only if you want him to." She made sure to say that as we walked out of the elevator and down the hall.

"Text him." I sighed. It wasn't even like I wasn't looking forward to seeing him, it was just hard to think about Calum without thinking about what happened.

She smiled at me and pulled her phone out as we walked into Mike and Ash's shared dorm, and when I walked through the door first they both jumped off of their beds. I was nearly tackled to the ground when they both pounced on me at once, but I laughed as they latched themselves onto me like toddlers.

"God, you look great." Mike said as they pulled away, but when Ash stayed back he came back in to hug me again.

"Thank you." I giggled, hugging Mike again without question. When we separated for the second time, I threw my bag onto the floor next to his bed and flopped onto it.

"How was the drive?" Ash asked, getting settled with Sophie sitting in between his legs.

"Not bad, I left after 5, so." I said, letting him nod. "How were classes, gimme the deets." I chuckled, looking between all of them as I propped myself up against the wall Mike's bed was up against.

"Good! We don't have that much time for lunch, though." Mike said, pulling himself up to sit next to me.

"Can you believe it's been a year since you came up to me like a weirdo in the dining hall?" I turned to face him, giving him a goofy grin as I thought about that memory.

"No actually." He laughed. "I wasn't a weirdo, though, you're just antisocial." He teased, shoving my shoulder gently.

"Agree to disagree." I laughed, pushing him back.
