Mattia led me downstairs into his room and we both sat down on his bed we talked for a bit and we decided to watch 'On My Block' since we planned to watch '365 Days' later, I heard about but we both never actually watched it. Austin actually recommended it to me, he said something about a 'boat scene' and I saw loads of people recording their reactions to it on Tiktok.
Mattia's POV
We were chilling on my bed watching some boring ass tv show but Trinity seemed to be enjoying herself and that's all that mattered, she was laying on my body and she looked quite comfortable, I move my body to try and get her off and reach down at the side of my bed.
Trinity: You moving so damn much, wassup?
She says sitting up on the bed.
Mattia: You know how... I don't even know how to say this. Okay, we've known each other for quite some time, haven't we?
Trinity: Yes...
Mattia: I'm not one to talk about feelings and I know you're not too so just bare with me. Ever since our first conversations back in 2019 I knew we'd get along, I never even thought that you'd be sitting here in my room as my girlfriend. Just being able to see you in the flesh instead of FaceTiming each other on different sides of the Atlantic is something I probably would of dreamed of, and now it's happening... I'm loving every moment with you, you were there for me through everything, even when I wasn't there for myself, you lifted me up and I'm so grateful for that. I'm so grateful to have you by my side as a best friend and a girlfriend and to see how well you get along with my family is amazing. I bought this gift yesterday to show you how happy I am that you're here.
Trinity: Omg stop you're bout to make me cry, you can't make a bad bitch cry!
I could tell she was nervous, she always deflected the situation when she was nervous. I pulled out the gift from the side of the bed and handed it to her, her eyes lit up and started to tear up as well, I wiped the tears from her face and let her open the present, she took the box out of the bag and opened it up.

Trinity: This is the one I told you I always wanted! Why though, why spend this much money on me?
Mattia: Because I love you I guess
Trinity: Well... I love you too I guess
It was weird saying that to each other. Like I said we weren't the type of people to open up about how we felt because we were the 'therapists' of the group, we spent our time worrying about others instead of worrying about ourselves or having other people worry about us. If it was going to take time for us to open up to each other then so be it. She got up to hug me, she was like a teddy bear compared to me, she wasn't that short but if she stood next to me I would tower over her. She hugged me for longer than normal, this gift must mean a lot to her.
Trinity: I know I shouldn't really be talking about him but Jahvon has never spoilt me like this, I don't even think he's ever bought me anything
Mattia: I hate that mf and what he put you through, if I ever saw him he would never see another day
Trinity: I'm so glad it's just you and I
Mattia: Have your parents messaged you yet?
Trinity: Surprisingly not, guess they don't care as much as I thought. Oh well, I'm in a better place now
Mattia: Yeah...

Regular POV
I put the bracelet on straight away, I wish I would of got him something but I'm sure he didn't mind. We cuddled in bed and waited for his mum to call us up for dinner, I could tell Mattia didn't like 'OMB' so we put something on that we'd both like, Insidious. It wasn't exactly 'romantic' but we both love horror movies so it'll have to do. About 30 minutes into watching the movie she called us for dinner, I paused the movie and we headed upstairs, the dinner table was set so I go to what I thought was my seat (luckily it was). Mattia's dad came from the living room to join us to eat.
Mattia's dad: We're winning 3-1!
Mattia: Let's gooo
You: You talking about football?
Mattia's dad: Yeah, do you support a team?
Mattia: Guess what team she supports Pa
Mattia's dad: Do you support Juventus?
You: Yesir
Mattia's dad: You're not just saying it to my face are you?
You: I went Turin to watch them play
Mattia: Show him the pictures Trin
I get my phone out and show him the pictures, he was surprised but impressed, we all sit down and eat our food. Gian came down late he was probably online dating on Roblox or something like that. The food was amazing, way better than what I got given back at home; I literally lived off of microwaveable meals, I wish I was joking. We had simple dinner conversations, we mostly talked about football though. I got along with his parents easily, they were so kind to me, they treated me like their own child. I volunteer to wash up again since it was the least I could do, Mattia's mum helped with drying the dishes. I gave her my number and she gave me hers, you know just to have her in my contacts for emergencies.
Mattia's mum: We're going out soon so make sure you take care of Gian, if you two want some 'alone time' just tell Mattia that he can drop Gian off at Auntie Nina's, okay honey?
She says whispering to me
You: Aww thankyouuu, the food was great btw
Mattia's mum: I'm glad you enjoyed it, can you tell dad that he needs to hurry up please
You: Yeah sure I'll finish with the dishes then
