Restless

Valentina's P.O.V

"I bet Dina will go crazy on you." I say.
"Maybe." Ellie responds.
"Tell me about the baby."
"He's my little potato." I see Ellie smile.
"What's his name?" I ask.
"JJ."
"Where did that come from?"
"Jesse."
"Oh."

I look down. Remembering all the things about Jesse. Sure we dated for while but, it felt like forever.

"Hey." Ellie stopped.
"What."
"You want to tell me about him?"
"I don't know."
"It might help."
"Okay."

We continue walking.

"I get why Dina dated him. He is very kind, such a gentleman, strong, romantic, handsome." I smile.

"Remember the night Abby found us in the theater?" I ask.
"Yeah."
"Well that night.. We made out and we got carried away. So we ended up having sex." I look at Ellie.

Ellie's P.O.V

So Jesse smashed with every girl I know?

"I was pretty tired after." Valentina said.

I looked up and saw the stars barley showing themselves.

"Let's stop for the night." I say.
"Okay."

I see a sign that says,"Motel"

"This looks nice." I say walking to it.

Valentina's P.O.V

"Clear." Ellie says putting her gun away.
"This feels so good." I sat jumping on a bed.
"It doesn't look too bad." Ellie said looking around.

I think about that other day Ellie and Abby had the epic fight.

"You're such a kid." I say.
"Pfft."
"You haven't changed."
"What?"
"At least Abby did."

Ellie looks at me confused.

"What are you talking about?"
"You didn't learn anything about life."
"I did."
"Then what?"
"Well-"
"Wow. You were about to kill a kid! Lev was it?"
"I had to do what I did to-"
"You are selfish." I say.

Ellie ran to me but I dodged it.

"You are too hard." I say.
"She killed Joel!" Ellie says gritting her teeth.
"But she apologized didn't she?"
"After she killed him?"
"She didn't know-"
"No. She needed to die." Ellie said looking away from me.
"Do you hear yourself?"
"You didn't let me finish."
"Well go on then."
"I let her go didn't I? Doesn't that show a lot?"

I stayed silent.

"She may have killed Jesse.. But I am not like you." I cross my arms.
"Val.."
"I can't.. Do this again. Bye."

Ellie's P.O.V

Valentina was opening the door. I can't let her go again. I run to her and close the door.
"What the hell are you doing?" Valentina yells.
"Val.." I wanted to cry.

She turned around opened the door again. I grabbed her arm and pushed her on the bed.

"Ellie! Let me leave!" She yells.

I lock the door.

"Ellie.." She looks down.

She was on the bed and I stood in front if her.

"I missed you Val." I sincerely said.
"Don't do this to me." Valentina said closing her eyes.
"I really did. I don't want to loose you again."

Valentina slapped me. Anger got over me. I jumped on her and held throat. She was scared, I could tell. I didn't put pressure around it. She opened her eyes and I looked into them. I took my hands off and pinned her arms to the bed. Without thinking I kissed her. She did as well. She put her arms around my neck and brought me closer to her. I took a hand and took her shirt off. I saw her in her bra, so beautiful. She wrapped her legs around my waist. All of a sudden I saw Dina in a flash. She looked beautiful holding JJ. I blinked and shook my head.
"Ellie?" Valentina had her hands on both my cheeks.
"Sorry.." I said
"What for?" She kissed my neck.

I took a hand and took Valentina's hands off my face.

"I can't do this." I said taking her legs off me.
"Oh.. Okay yeah that's fine." She said awkwardly sitting up.
"I'm sorry." I whisper.
"Don't worry Ellie." She said.
"We should uh.. Get some rest." I get up and take my boots off.

Valentina doesn't say anything, she just takes off her shoes and lays on one side of the bed. I lay down on the other side facing the opposite direction.

How could I have done that knowing I am with Dina?

Thoughts fill my mind not letting me sleep.
