Roman was walking around the mind palace, trying to locate his boyfriends, he hadn't seen them in a few hours. It's not that Roman was extremely clingy and wanted to see his boyfriends every second of the day, no, he gets touch starved. Touch starvation for most people would only make them feel sad and lonely, but for Roman, being the romantic side, he needed to be touched to live and function properly. So here he is, trying to find his three boyfriends.

Since they weren't in the common areas, he decided to check each of their bedrooms. He started with Logan's as his was the closest. Roman burst into the room and started speaking in the enthusiastic tone he always seemed to have, "Greetings, My love! Do you happen to have-" "Not right now Roman, I am quite busy working on something for Thomas. Go bother someone else, and next time you see Patton, tell him to come visit me." Logan quickly stated before turning back to his work. Well, that didn't go as planned. Roman thought while leaving Logan's room and heading over to Virgil's room.

Instead of making a dramatic entrance, Roman simply walked in. "Hey-" He stopped talking once he saw Patton and Virgil snuggled together watching a movie. "Oh, hey Princey, We're kinda busy at the moment, so kindly leave us alone." Virgil said, eyes never leaving the screen. That hurt Roman, he was less important than the movie to Virgil. "O-Oh, okay. Patton, Logan wants to see you when you can." He said, and before he got out of the room he heard Patton say, "Ah, that must be the date Logie and I are setting up for the three of us, Virge." Roman stopped abruptly, before walking quicker, determined to keep the sides he loved from seeing his tears. I guess they don't want me around, The fanciful trait thought, entering his own room and locking the door. He sat down on his bed, tears streaming down his face. Maybe they'll be free tomorrow, Roman tried to be optimistic.

This happened for a whole week, by then Roman was hurting inside and out. He was starved, he felt alone, and he felt like he was bothering the other sides. So, he stayed in his room for 3 days, not having the strength  to get up. He didn't think anyone would notice, and if they did, he didn't think they would care. So he was surprised when he heard a knock on his door.

Roman opened his mouth to ask who it was but his voice wouldn't come out after not using it for so long. "Creativity? Are you in there?" He could tell it was Logan, but he could only focus on how Logan called him creativity. The only times he was called creativity after sharing his name was when he had done something wrong, or if the person disliked him. Roman hadn't spoken to them in 3 days, so he was sure that he hadn't done anything wrong, so they must not like him anymore. Roman tried to hold back the tears that came to his eyes at the realization. "Creativity?" This time it was Patton. "If you don't open up this door, I'm breaking it down." Virgil said, tired of the Prince's behavior.

The Prince was close to passing out, but before he had, he summoned a book that had everything he had felt and thought for the past week. Then, he passed out right as they got through the door. Patton had ran up to Roman, seeing how pale he had looked. "It looks as if he hasn't been getting what he needs to function." Logan said, taking the blanket off of Roman, seeing how skinny he looked. "Guys, what's this?" Virgil said, picking up the book Roman had summoned. "I'm not sure, why don't you read it?" Logan replied, checking Roman's malnourished body for any injuries that could explain why he was so pale. As Virgil read, Memories of the past week went through the sides head.

Flashback

"Not now, Roman. I've already told you to leave me alone, I don't need you annoying me right now."

"Kiddo, Me and Logan are doing something, we don't want you here right now."

"Roman, leave. I don't want to speak with you."

Flashback over

"I didn't realize..." Patton said, the tears on his face matched the other two guilty sides. "Apparently, he also lives off of our touch, and we've been neglecting him for the past week and a half." Virgil said, setting down the book. Patton decided to lay down next to Roman and wrapped his arms around him, the other two quickly joining him. Immediately Roman started to look better.

Time skip brought to you by me writing this at midnight while listening to Heathers.

Roman woke up and felt three pairs of arms around him. He opened his eyes to see his three boyfriends asleep. Well, two of them were asleep. "Why didn't you tell us Ro? We love you, we didn't mean to leave you out. And we would've helped with your touch starvation" Virgil said, kissing Roman on the cheek once he finsihed. "I tried to, but you guys interrupted me and told me to leave." Roman mumbled, snuggling into Virgil's touch. Roman felt a wetness on his face and realized Virgil was crying. "Hey, don't cry. You didn't know."

"I still should've payed attention to you, you're my boyfriend!"

Roman kissed Virgil to shut him up. "We can talk about this later, right now I need more cuddles." Virgil laughed slightly and put his head on Roman's chest, falling asleep. Things would be okay.
