Chapter 1: Last Day Home

"I can't wait for tomorrow!" The pink-skinned Mina Ashido proclaimed, "The summer camp is gonna be so much fun!"

"I know girl! I just can't wait! I bet I won't sleep tonight!" Replied the walking school uniform, Toru Hagakure.

"I wonder what kind of training we'll be doing," questioned the resident froggy, Tsuyu Asui, "They wouldn't be sending us all out together just for vacation, ribbit"

There was a lot of excitement in the air in the classroom after they'd been dismissed. Everyone was looking forward to the summer camping trip. Everyone was huddled around their friends talking about how cool it'll be to spend all that time together as a class and hang out.

"Deku, won't it be so fun to hang out together all summer??" proclaimed the bubbly Ochaco Uraraka, getting real close to Midoriya in her excitement.

"Y-yeah Uraraka, it s-should be fun!" The broccoli-haired Izuku Midoriya replied, putting his hands up and blushing wildly at how close the girl is to his face.

"Ah yes, I do expect it to be an enjoyable experience!" Stated the well-spoken, blue-haired Tenya Iida, while giving a solid thumbs up.

Off in the corner, we see a familiar black bird-headed boy facing the corner alone.

"Revelry in the dark," Fumikage Tokoyami stated to himself.

Meanwhile, the brave and bold Eijiro Kirishima is getting real energetic with Katsuki Bakugo.

"Man, I can't wait to see what kind of strength training we do," Stated the boy with red spikey hair, "The stronger I am, the more people I can save!"

"You know, for once, shitty hair, you're right about something," said the crazed blonde boy. Everyone gasped at the sound of Bakugo agreeing with someone.

"What?! He's right! You're all weak, and need to get stronger!" Bakugo barks in response to all the eyes on him.

After a moment of silence, everyone went back to talking to their friends. But shortly after attention left Bakugo, he stood up and walked towards the door. As he neared the front of the classroom, he grabbed Midoriya by the collar and began dragging him away.

"We're going home. We need to talk," He stated as the two left the room. Midoriya frantically waved to his friends.

"Bye Uraraka, Asu-...Tsu, Iida! See you in the morning!" Midoriya said with a nervous laugh as the door slammed just inches in front of his face.

"What do you think that was about, Tsu?" Ochaco asked, turning to the frog-like girl.

"I don't know, but whenever Bakugo gets serious with Midoriya, it never ends well," Froppy stated with her finger on her lip.

"Hmmm..." Ochaco grumbles, worried about her friend...

"Ow, Kacchan, I can walk by myself..." Midoriya says as Bakugo drags him to the station. Bakugo finally releases him as they're about to get on the train.

"So, w-what did you need to talk about, K-Kacchan?" Midoriya asked as they sat down facing each other. Bakugo takes a moment to answer.

"We fought All Might," Bakugo begins

"Yeah, he was tough..." Midoriya replied

"Don't interrupt me, Deku!" Bakugo Barked back, as Midoriya put his hands up to protect himself, and shrunk back into his chair. "We fought All Might together... and we won..." Bakugo paused. He gritted his teeth, as his expression became frustration. "But only when we started to work together," He continued. Midoriya relaxed, but he seemed confused by what Kacchan was saying. "I need to learn to back off a bit, and you need to learn to be more aggressive. Especially against All Might," He continued, "You see him as some sort of untouchable god. That's why you can't help but run away from him."
