Chapter 2: Heading to Camp

Izuku accidentally smashes the alarm clock out of excitement for what today holds for him. It's the day his class goes camping for the whole summer! He quickly jumps out of bed, and into the shower which he finishes so fast one might think he didn't even step under the water. Before you know it, he's sitting in the kitchen eating the breakfast his mother had made for him. It was great, but he scarfed it down wanting to head to school as early as possible. In the blink of an eye, he's at the door about to leave.

"Izuku! Haven't you forgotten something?" A stern voice fills the hallways.

"Huh? What did I forget, mom?" Izuku stops in his tracks, almost tripping while spinning around to run back to where the voice came from, "Mom?"
"Come here honey," she gestured for him to come over to her. With a confused look, he hurries back to her.

"Is something wrong, mom?" He asks her with a worried expression. She returns a disappointed and stern look. Then holds her arms up, and motions with her hands for him to come hug her.

"You can't go off without hugging your mother!" She says as the boy gets closer and hugs her, which she immediately returns. She also does away with the fake disappointed face and starts to smile. "Be safe Izuku. I worry about you. Also, I love you," she stated, as she released him.

"I love you too, mom. I was just in too much of a hurry. I'm sorry," he says with a hint of guilt in his eyes, but knowing she's not too upset.

"Now go have fun at camp, okay sweetie?" She states with a smile.

"Will do, mom!" He says as he runs off toward the door again, running towards his first experience going on a school trip with people who actually like him. Mostly.

Izuku is talking to Ochaco and Tsuyu as they're putting their bags onto the bus.

"I don't know if I slept a wink last night, Deku!" Ochaco exclaimed overflowing with excitement for the trip.

"Yeah, I didn't sleep too well either. I also completely obliterated my alarm clock by accident as it went off this morning," the green boy said, scratching the back of his neck with a nervous grin.

I don't know why Midoriya still gets so nervous around me and Ochaco. We basically hang out half our lives, Tsuyu thinks as she notices how much Izuku is sweating.

"Here, have some water, Midoriya," she says while reaching into her bag and pulling out a bottle of water, then handing it to him.

"Thanks, Asui," once again said with a nervous laugh as he takes the bottle from her.

It's Tsu, Midoriya. How hard is that to remember? She whines in her head as she gives off two rapid blinks before returning her gaze to Ochaco, wearing a subtle smile.

"You losers still aren't ready to go? You should ditch that nerd. He'll only slow you down," Bakugo says with a smirk as he walks past them onto the bus.

"You know he loves you guys!" Says Kirishima, the walking janitor for Bakugo's rudeness.

"But really, why have you been standing here so long?" Asked Kaminari who follows Kirishima around most of the time. Whose question quickly gets answered by a particular petit purple pervert.

"Midoriya just wants to watch the girls going up the stairs to the bus, I can't bla-" He gets cut off by a familiar voice.

"Izukuuuuu!" Yells a soft and seductive voice.
