CHAPTER 3

"Bro, I need to escape"

"Wait What in the-" he stopped in the middle. After a pause, he continued "it's okay, I- I will help you but....... won't your parents look for you at my home?"

"Huh, as if I'm gonna stay there. Of course I would love to. But I know my family. So.....
Arrange a room for me at the school dorm, will you? No, they will come there too. Hm.......... How about another country?"

"Dude?! Are you serious? You never even went to places a little far away and you are going to another country?! Don't act crazy"
Nicholas yelled at me.

"I feel like I can handle it this time"

"You sure?"

"Yes...."

"......then let me do something, come here till then"

"Okay"

AUTHOR'S POV -

Jake convinced his mom and went to Nicholas's. Of course he didn't forget to make arrangements. His bodyguard had returned. He talked to him and Mr. Nam, being very kind, agreed. Although he was called a bodyguard, he was more like a guardian. He always listened to Jake's Hardships and knew how he felt.

"I will make sure to help you with all I can"
He had said.

Jake asked him to bring his belongings there.

"Hello, uncle and aunty" He said.

"Jake, talk to us, maybe you will feel better. I don't know how you would stay by yourself in some other place" Nicholas's mother said.

"It's okay Aunty, I don't want to be a burden to you. I have planned everything. I will continue my studies in Australia and do part time jobs for my living" after a moment he continued, "Mr. Nam will be visiting me within intervals"

"Look, you are like our son....please don't say no to this. Let us pay allowance to you. We want to be as helpful as possible" Nicholas's father said.

"If you want....." He replied.

"Good. Don't worry, we will make your parents understand"
"No no please. Don't let them know" he protested.

"No, we have to. We can't let them wander around knowing nothing about you. Don't worry, we will surely stop them from reaching out to you in a bad mood. When they will be settled, maybe then...."

Jake hung his head but still nodded slowly. He had to listen to them since they were the ones helping him.

"Jake! I'm done" Nicholas said.
"Oh yeah...let me see" He checked the flight details and all other information.

"Can't you stay?" He asked.
Jake replied "stop being so emotional! We have online communication apps, phone numbers, it's cool right?"

He just looked down and said
"........your flight is at 10:00 pm. It's better to go away at night if you don't want to be noticed"

"You have always been my brother" Jake said patting his back.

Just then, Mr. Nam arrived.
"I have been successfull while bringing your belongings without them noticing"

Jake smiled and hugged him.
"You are better than father"

He interrupted and said "no! You shouldn't say th-"

Jake hugged him even tighter and said "But it's the truth.

"Then......Live your life well son"
