Ariana (POV)

Tomorrow is the weekend and I am curious to go to Jonah's house and meet his parents. From next week it will be more tiring as we have an extra class which is called self-study. I am on the way to school and today I didn't take my bicycle because today I didn't have a mood to ride on a bicycle. On the way, I saw Scarlett coming towards me but why she is coming towards me? is she has to say anything else? I thought to myself when she reached me she spoke.

"Hi! Ariana, hmm...actually I...I want to apologize to you" she said stuttering but I think she shouldn't stutter while apologizing.

"I know I said terrible things to you and I don't know how to apologize to you I mean I don't think you will forgive me," she said but why she thinks I won't forgive her at least she apologizes.

"I am really sorry, Ariana. Do you forgive me" finally?

"Well if you be my friend and if you treat me with ice cream then I can forgive you" I replied.

"I will sure give you treat and I will be glad to be your friend," she said. We decided to walk towards school together. We were walking silently when I remembered something.

"I think you always go to school in the car instead of by walking" I voice my thought.

"Actually, I wanted to apologize to you as soon as possible so that I could rest my soul so I came to your route because I know you always come on a bicycle but when I saw you, you were walking" I nodded.

"Today is Friday so I decided to go home late and spend my time with my two besties so, I decided to walk" I stated with a smile.

"I thought you won't forgive me so easily and why did you forgive me?" she asked and I had an answer for it.

"When I was six some other kid same as my age pushed me but she didn't do it purposely so, she was apologizing me but I was refusing to apologize so my mom teaches me if anyone asks me for apologize I should forgive her so, from that day I forgive everyone" Just thinking about my mouth made me miss her so much.

"Your mom thought you good things but if someone do a big mistake and you hate it too much then can you forgive them," she asked with curiosity.

"I will see on that day because I don't have an answer now" I replied to her honestly and she didn't ask anything else I think she doesn't have any words to say. We reached the school at the school entrance Lisa and Rain were waiting for me. They saw me after a few minutes when I reached close to them and then they greeted me and I did the same. We entered the school and I went to the Canteen because I wanted to have Coffee. When I asked them for coffee they told that they don't want to have. So, I entered the canteen alone and saw Jonah who was sitting alone on a chair with his bag and there were few people but they were not from our class. I went to the counter and took a coffee and walked towards Jonah and sat beside his chair. After seeing me he greeted me with a Hi and I did the same. Then I decided to tell him that Scarlett apologizes to me.

"You know what? While I was coming to the school Scarlett apologies to me and I made her my friend" I said and his face lit up by listening to that.

"That's good," he said and after a few minutes, he continued "I didn't think you forgive her so easily" he stated and I explained everything. After having coffee we started to walk to our class when I started speaking "Sports day is coming and I am excited about that because I will win in the running race" I said excitedly and what he said is "boring" making me huff.

"Hey! It's not boring ok". I said angrily.

"Whatever," he said and went ahead of me. Am I walking that slow so I decided to compete with him I started walking faster than him and when he understood what I am doing and then he laughed?
