Chan's P.O.V

After the car ride to the new daycare place, my head was pounding. The whole ride was spent with Eun-Hae screaming as loud as she could and her angelic big brother trying to calm her down. Despite his best efforts, Eunnie was still extremely grumpy that morning and that caused her to be extremely loud. It was almost like she wanted everyone around her to be just as grumpy as she was.

I pulled up to the small house that Google Maps had brought me to and let out a big sigh. Eun-Hae was one reason I was exhausted, and another was the fact that I had gotten everyone up and ready for the day earlier than usual, wanting to arrive early to the daycare to get everything situated. I hopped out of the driver's seat and walked around to the side of the car Eun-Hae was on.

Her screams could be heard through the car and I already felt embarrassed by her behaviour. I took a deep breath to try and calm myself down before I opened the car down. Her screaming got significantly louder with the door being open and I grimaced at the shrill sound. The face she was making made me feel like an awful parent and I felt like screaming as well right now.

"Do you need help Daddy?" Yeo-So said in English, knowing that I would appreciate how cute his English was. It worked and I smiled, shaking my head as I undid the straps on my daughter's carseat. I lifted her small body up to my chest and she seemed to calm down a little bit, but she was still sobbing loudly.

"Come on, Yeo-So." I told my happy son, slinging Eun-Hae's diaper bag over my shoulder and smiling at my children's contrasting moods this morning. Yeo-So grabbed my hand that wasn't holding his sister and clasped it in his much tinier hand. I smiled wider when he cutely swung our hands as we walked up to the house with a sign outside that read, "Lost and Found Children".

I looked at Yeo-So when we got to the porch and he got my message. My son reached his pale free hand up to knock on the door, but the sound was so small and cute that I was afraid they might not hear it. The night before I had called ahead and told them I would come early to sign up my kids and meet the staff, so I hoped they were awake and that this wasn't too much of an extra hassle for them.

I heard footsteps approaching and then the lock clicked and the door was pulled open to reveal a young man who resembled an adorable squirrel. Yeo-So waved at him sweetly and the man waved back. He gestured for us to come in, not even fazed by my sobbing child.

"My name is Han Jisung and I am the co-owner of this center, with my roommate, Yang Jeongin." He said as we entered the house, which had toys and books lining the walls. I saw Yeo-So's big brown eyes light up when he saw all the fun things to do. "Let me just get him in here." Jisung muttered, seemingly irritated by the absence of his roommate.

"Jeonginnie, one of our new clients is here!" Jisung shouted, trying to sound cheerful despite his obvious impatience. Jisung turned back to us and then smiled at Yeo-So. "You can go play little one, but first you have to tell me your name so I can know what to call you, okay?" Yeo-So nodded and then politely stuck out his hand to shake the other guy's.

"My name is Bang Yeo-So and I'm 5 years old." He told him, giving the highly amused adult a firm handshake. After he released the man's hand, he ran off toward the toys and began to play with a few dolls.

"I'm Bang Chan, and this grumpy little girl is Eun-Hae." I told him, extending my hand toward him in a similar way to my kid. He shook my hand with a smile and then glanced warily at the toddler in my arms. "She's not usually like this, but she didn't sleep very well last night thanks to our asshole neighbors." I explained and Jisung laughed.

Another man entered the room and I involuntarily let out a small gasp. Josung looked at me weirdly and the other man, Jeongin I was guessing, stared right back at me. "Ahem. This is Bang Chan, his daughter Eun-Hae and his son Yeo-So." Jisung said, clearing his throat to snap his business partner out of his stupor.

"I'm Yang Jeongin." The adorable man said. It was clear that he was younger than me, and Jisung, judging by the way the latter had addressed him. He was beautiful, and he just became even more so as he got closer to me. His eyes were thin and sharp, and his cheekbones were even sharper. He had super pink lips, but he didn't appear to be wearing makeup, and his nose was round and definitely boopable.

"Hi." Was all I could manage to get out when he shook my hand. His skin was extremely soft and smooth, and the contact sent shivers through me. He smiled and winked at me and I'm sure I turned bright red.

"What's wrong with this little angel?" He asked, leaning down to look at Eun-Hae. Eun-Hae continued to cry but stared at him before reaching her chubby arms out for him. His eyes widened and he looked at me for permission to take her. I nodded, probably too quickly, but he was messing with my ability to think.

As soon as Eun-Hae was in the pretty man's arms, her cries ceased and she calmed down immediately. Now it was my turn to be shocked, and my eyes got huge when she let out a giggle and squished his cheek. "What a little traitor!" I joked making Jeongin laugh beautifully. "I haven't been able to get her to stop crying all morning." I muttered in wonder, my jaw slightly dropped in awe of my daughter's behavior.
