I wake up this morning to find a new pair of jeans, fitted tops and a pair of cowboy boots sitting on a chair.

Apart from the fact that Jeremy entered my bedroom without my permission, again, I really appreciate the gifts.

I felt like a total snob, wearing my expensive riding outfit and boots, yesterday.

It's late, already past nine, and beautifully sunny outside.

Excited and wondering about what we are doing today, I jump into a quick shower and am soon slipping my long legs into these sexy jeans.

The fringe boots are also comfortable and so, so cute. I love them.

It is all so much better than the preppy outfits that I have in the closet.

As soon as I slip on one of the fitted t-shirts, the door bursts open making me jolt, startled.

"Damn it, Jeremy!"

Grabbing the pillows from the bed, I start to throw them at him, one by one. "Stop coming in here without knocking first!"

Dodging the pillows easily, Jeremy tackles me by wrapping his arms around my thighs and knocking me over the bed.

"Hey!" I cry out while laughing at him.

But then, I realize that I am suddenly immobilized under his crushing weight. Oh, no...

"I'll stop when you decide to wake up earlier, little bird."

Jeremy yanks the last pillow from my hand and throws it on the floor. My last line of defense.

"Enough with that!" He holds both my hands over my head with one tight grasp around both my wrists.

Panic...

My heart pounds inside my chest.

"Jeremy?" I gasp a little out of breath as he scans my entire body. "What are you doing?"

His free hand rests on my hip while his knee in between my legs and heavyweight hold me prisoner under his hard body.

"Just making sure I got your size right."

Trembling slightly underneath him, I do my best to keep a cool expression on my face.

"Yes, you did. Can I go, now?"

But it seems as if Jeremy isn't even listening, with his sinful lips slightly parted, and apparently lost in his thorough assessment.

Uncomfortable and conflicted, I don't know if I am more afraid of what he will try to do... or how I will react.

"Jeremy, please..."

"Please what, little bird?" His face inches dangerously closer to mine. "Please let go? Or please kiss me?"

His hungry gaze falls to my parted lips.

I immediately close them.

"The kiss, yesterday... It didn't count and you know it." He licks his lips and slants his head, returning his eyes to my mouth. "You didn't kiss me back as you were supposed to, Gabriella."

His fresh breath tricks me into slightly opening my mouth, again, but quickly realizing my mistake, I press my lips back together.

My reaction doesn't escape Jeremy, though... He smirks, clearly pleased with himself.

"You still owe me a real kiss."

Finally, he releases my wrists and eases his weight from me just enough to allow me to bring my hands down to his chest.
