I can love you and still let you go.
I have heard that line from one of the Netflix series I've been watching a year ago. I just thought to myself na how come that you can love him despite of not having him? And then reality hits me. Ganon pala talaga ano? Dati, i believe that if you really love a person, you should fight for them. You need to win them and you must prove to them that they are worth fighting for. And lately, i just figured out that it's a selfish thing to do. Dapat pala inaalam mo muna. Coz sometimes, you are fighting for a person who doesn't want to be fought for. Na kaya pala ikaw na lang yung lumalaban kase tapos na sya. Hindi na pala sayo masaya. And that's the bravest thing that you can do. To set them free and let them be happy the way they wanted to be. Even if it means that you are no longer be a part of that happiness. Kase diba yun naman ang purpose natin? To always make them happy. Kahit hindi na satin. Hindi naman ibig sabihin na binitawan mo sya, hindi mo na sya pwedeng mahalin. You can always look from afar and see how happy they are.
To you, I think I made the right decision of setting you free. Always be happy.
