>Mataya's point of view <
I laid on my bed with my feet in the air and my head dangling off the side. My fingers knitted together as I hummed along to the song playing through my speaker. It was another boring Saturday night. My dad was at work and I didn't have any friends to hang out with. I sat up slowly and looked around the room. My eyes searching for something; anything to do. Nothing. I picked myself up off my bad and dragged my feet down stairs to the kitchen. I picked up my phone and plopped onto one of the chairs by the counter. I began to type in the local pizza's number as my stomach began to growl. I order one large pepperoni hoping my dad would be home in time to eat with me. I decided to text him.

Mataya;
Hey dad what time do you recon
you'll be home?I placed my phone back on the counter and rested my face in my hands. I just wanted to spend time with my dad, with anyone. I felt like no one even noticed me. Not at school, not even at home anymore. Not since my mum died.
