he had been on the road for nearly four hours, yeosang needed to stop for a rest.

tired out, he pulled into the nearest service station to grab a coffee. it wouldn't be long to his destination, but it would be impossible to continue without some kind of break.

paying will some old cash out of his suit pockets, yeosang strolled back to his car and sat in his space with the windows down.

he pulled out his phone.

he automatically went to messages, and scrolled far down to a number he hadn't called in months.

wooyoung's.

w: you up yet?

y: yup, i feel weird though.

w: having second thoughts?

y: nonono! i'm not pulling out of my wedding.

w: so what's up?

y: idk really.

w: listen yeo, it's never to late to question things.

w: if you don't feel 100% sure you can say

y: it's just butterflies, i'm marrying the sweetest man i've ever met.

y: i have no reason to want to cancel.

w: how about his past?

y: huh?

y: you mean seongwha's?

w: he's always had a reputation you know.

y: if you're talking about the whole cheating thing you're wrong.

y: it was a misunderstanding, he told me so.

y: he didn't cheat on her, and he won't cheat on me.

w: i hope not.

w: i'll cave in his skull if he does.

y: pffff thanks.

w: i'll be at the venue at 11:30 okay?

w: can't wait to see you in your suit.

y: you picked it out for me after all lol.

w: you look gorgeous in black and red.

w: always have.

y: aww thank you so much :)

y: see you there? xxx

w: of course

w: it's the best day of your life isn't it? xoxo

that was the last time they had texted. only 4 hours before yeosang has married seongwha.

wooyoung had hated seongwha.

when they first started dating, wooyoung would barely talk if seongwha was in the room. he had never trusted him. tons of rumors of his unfaithfulness were spread around, and it caused yeosang's first ever proper argument with him. wooyoung didn't want yeosang to get hurt, and told him to break up with seongwha many times. yeosang always disagreed with him.

wooyoung has been right all along.

silently, yeosang had been crying. all the time he had shunned wooyoung for his thoughts he had been loosing his best friend in favour of a man who would go on to break his heart.

he was a fool.

with a shuddering breath, he turned on the engine and sped down the highway. he may of ran a few red lights and drove above the speed limit, but it was the least of his concerns at that point. as the sky became pitch black and the roads became deserted, he drove up to his destination. a modern flat complex at the top of a hill.

he pulled out his phone.

y: what apartment do you live in again?

y: 12 or 21?

w: yeo?!

w: it's 21

w: come straight it, the door is unlocked.

as the front door clicked, he strode up the stairs getting faster as he went. then, he pushed open the door.

wooyoung stood there in a pair of flannel pyjamas bottoms and a tight shirt. instantly, he pulled yeosang in close to his chest, and the older began to cry.

"you were right all along about him...you know?" yeosang choked through his sobs. "he cheated, that bastard broke my heart."

wooyoung sighed, and tilted his face to look at yeosang.

"don't cry, first thing in the morning i'm breaking his bones."
