As predicted it was nearly Anarchy when I showed up down there with him in tow. It would've been a tiny bit funny if they actually understood when to make friends and when to make foes. But then they would need to work on their infiltration skills too.
"Shut the fuck up." I snap loudly enough for them to freeze in surprise at the anger in my voice. "Now, sit your perky little asses down buttercup while he gives Clarke the antidote otherwise I am going to go over there smack you all on the back of the head. Do. You. Understand. Me?"
They all blink rapidly and (stupidly) then nod their heads rigorously in shock as the storm rages on outside. Lincoln places a hand on my shoulder and nods his head. Then he gently hands Clarke the antidote. After Clarke gives Finn the antidote I grab Lincoln by the arm and I pull him back to the other side of the drop ship making sure to stay partially in front of him. I can feel his eyes on me, watching me closely, perhaps he is somewhat confused because of the situation.
"There's no need to protect me, as I can do so myself." His voice is deep and gravelly while he speaks.
The sound alone sends a pleasant shiver of excitement up my spine. I grin at him widely and wink. "Oh, I know. But I can't help it. Protecting my own and that type of stuff."
Lincoln raises an eyebrow as if asking a silent question and I just shrug.
Bellamy's eyes are focused on me intently, his eyes narrowed into a bit of a glare. Not long after that he stands and quickly makes his way towards us. He stands in front of me, his body close enough to mine that I can feel his body heat. With Bellamy so close to me I can feel Lincoln stiffen behind me and one of his hands move to my hip where he adds slight pressure. Not to hurt, but as a sign that he's there.
"I don't know what the fuck your are thinking Raven but you are not in charge here." He says with an angry whisper.
Behind me one of Lincoln's arms land heavily on my shoulder and he firmly grips me, pulling me up against him just slightly so that I can feel his firm chest against my back. The action alone causes Bellamy's eyes to focus back on the grounder again and his scowl turns lethal.
Lincoln tilts his head and watches as the man in question snaps at him, practically spitting. "I'll be watching you grounder and I swear if something happens to her - or my sister."
"He would have to intend harm first Bell." I tell him dryly with my arms crossed over my chest in annoyance. "Is Lincoln killing us all right now?"
He splutters angrily. "There's more of us then there are of him."
"Yes, I'm well aware of that Bellamy." I state as I lean against Lincoln behind me, his grip tightens on me. "And you know that Finn wouldn't have needed medical attention if you weren't a dipshit and listened to me. . Actually, I can't guarantee that. He could've done something stupid regardless of my presence."
"And what are you going to do then huh? Negotiate? You think that the grounders will listen to you?" He snaps in frustration as he takes a steps closer to me.
I tilt my head and hum. "Well, when Murphy ends up back here I have to make sure the sneaky little shit doesn't shot me or try to kill you for being a dumbass. Then yes, I am also going to have a lovely, and possibly deadly chat with the grounders."
The storm outside begins to get worse as Clarke talks with her mom.
"What do you mean by that?" Bellamy barks out sharply. "What do you mean Murphy comes back? How the fuck would you even know that?"
"That's a fair question." Clarke quips from beside Finn as she looks at me with a frown.
Looking at him I consider they consequences. It's safest not to say honestly. "I mean that you're an idiot and that you better stop being a dumb shit."
