"Get up." I say as I shake Jasper awake, then Monty. "We have training today."

"The sun is hardly out Raven." Monty whispers horsely as he rubs his eyes tiredly and Jasper groans from the other side of the tent.

"Yeah, why do we have to get up." Jasper says with a yawn.

I sigh and rub beside my eye in irritation. "Because, I'm going to be training all of you, once Finn is better then he'll have to train too. We're going to be making squads."

"Squads?" Monty asks in confusion as he sits up in bed. "With who?"

"Your teammates. Preferably a team of three or four. The goal is to give you a team that you can work in sync with, which means there might be a lot of rotation and practices to get down. I'll explain everything once everyone is out in the yard."

"Yard?" I hear them ask behind me as I leave their tent.

Bellamy and Lincoln are setting everything up as I go around waking everyone. Of course, out of them all Clarke was a lot less corporative then I had expected her to be and of course Finn was a complete ass.

"Why are we training with him?" Finn snaps angrily as he basically stomps over while I watch him. "Shouldn't we have killed him? Or what about the other grounders huh?"

"It's more beneficial for us to have him and then them on our side." I state simply while I eye him cautiously. "They don't have to be our enemy's. There are far more dangerous ones out there for us to fight and survive against."

"How the fuck would you know?" He snaps, his teeth gritted together as he speaks. "You've only been here, what.. a week?"

"Finn." I say, tiredness suddenly hitting me. "This world isn't just made up of good and bad or grounders versus the ark or one hundred. It's much more then that, there's a lot more to all of this then simply what we think we know."

The man in question shakes his head, restrained anger rolling off of him.

"How the fuck would you know?" He basically screams at me, moving closer. "You just got here and you think you know more about this place then us?"

Goodness, these people can be exhausting to deal with. At least my group worked well together. Of course, we had been through shit together and made it out. This boy is on earth for a few weeks and thinks he knows everything. Not to mention we went through rigorous training before we were even sent out on the field.

"Has she been wrong yet?" Bellamy snaps back in retaliation, pushing me behind him which causes me to hold back a deep sigh of frustration and annoyance. "Huh? Seems to me like despite her .. oddness and shit she has this figured out a hell of a lot better then us."

It was Clarke though that spoke up next, while on one hand she has a rather strong dislike for me she is not an idiot. As a matter of fact, Clarke is one of the reasons that in the show they even survived half the time. That's not to say that the woman herself wasn't a complete idiot sometimes either though or extremely and dangerously judgmental at the worst of times. Sometimes Clarke was just downright stupid, but she was the one willing to go through shit, do the dirty work and get shit done. Then again, so was Octavia. Octavia became a complete badass though.

"No, she hasn't." Clarke said as she places a uncertain hand on Finn's shoulder. "Right now she seems to be the only one of us actually coming up with solutions and helping. We need to trust her on this Finn. She hasn't been wrong yet."

That's when training began, everyone was split into groups of four except for Bellamy, Lincoln and myself.

Clarke, Finn, Monty and Octavia are currently a team. Those four are at each others throats though, which means we have to find out if they can get over that or if they need a member switch. Jasper was on a team with some that I can't quite remember all the names of. Currently anyway.

By the time teams were chosen and the training courses made it was getting late out. However, setting up the courses and working on teamwork could almost be considered training on its own with how often everyone was at each others throats.

"Can we be done yet?" Monty asks as he drops to the ground, his eyes heavy and his tone exhausted."we've been at this all day and I'm exhausted man."

"You're exhausted?" Finn asks in a frustrated tone as he glances at Monty and then at me and shakes his head. "I was the one stabbed, what a week ago? I'm exhausted, this is bullshit. Why don't we just work with all the grounders if you want to bring in that giant?"

"We'll bring them in, eventually." I admit with a shrug, eventually, if everything works out anyway. "Maybe, assuming we don't all die."

"Assuming.. we don't.. all die?" Jasper asks faintly from his spot in the training course.

I shrug and frown, tapping my chin. "It's not in my plan." I admit.

"Great." Finn adds sarcastically as I feel Bellamy just flat out staring at the side of my head along with Lincoln.

"I'm sure death wouldn't be the worst thing."

"Of course not." Bellamy throws in, sounding about at his wits end. "How could death be the worst thing?"

"Torture would suck."

Lincoln snorts. "You don't say?" He says softly, his voice almost amused.

"How can death not be the worst thing?" Monty squeaks out confused.

"There's rape."

"My clan doesn't." Lincoln begins to say in protest as I look at him and he pauses before admiring. "But some other clans will."

"There are many different kinds of torture. Many of them can be much worse then a quick and easy death. I wasn't going to get into that until I hardened you all a bit with rigorous training considering it will be important to learn to survive torture without a word and potentially even escape even near death."

The type of hard core training that many quit out of. But to increase the pain threshold it will be necessary and their ability to survive it will be necessary, even for myself to go through again.

"This kind of training, when we get to it is called SERE training. Also known as Survival, Evasion, Resistance, Escape. It will suck and test us all to our limits."

"Will you be tortured as well?" One of the one hundred asks curiously.

"Yes. But, this will also be used to teach us our own limits. Which means code words will be necessary as well for when it's getting to the point where you think you can't take it anymore. We don't want anyone to break and most importantly we want to make sure we learn to escape and survive." Hopefully everyone's pain resistance will also increase with time.

"Some of you will need to learn medicine as well, but we'll work on that another time. Unfortunately none of this will be easy."

I'm not sure how deeply I'm going to go into the 100's BT considering I myself haven't been but I will be doing some research on some of the common tactics and activities done during BT to help.

This chapter is more of a filler in between and it will drift farther from the tv show while having some connections to it throughout.

Murphy will be returning in the next chapter and then we'll get some more interactions between the four and start with their dynamics.

None of the characters in this story are perfect. They are all flawed and some or all of them will likely make questionable choices at one point or another and at times they could be downright cruel when necessary. Mostly that will come down to how the pieces for this story fit together as it goes.
