Ice prince: A Yuri on ice fan fiction

Chapter 11: The Truth.

At first all Yurio saw was darkness then he saw a little boy running just in front of him. The boy was about 13 years old, Yurio felt that he was oddly familiar. After a moment the boy turn to look at Yurio he realized that the boy was Otabek, his black hair was a little longer but his face was the same. And his smile was just as radiant as it was now. So Otabek was right the did have a past because this was a memory, in the flash more memories came back to about his childhood. Why had he forgotten these memories they once were so important to him? The next memory answered that question. He was back in the ship that he hated with his hands in shackles, he had been sold by his father. He doesn't know how many days or week he spent on that ship. 

Then one day while Yurio was sitting below deck with the other people that had been bought, he heard a crash. The crash sounded like it came from the other side of the ship, it was most likely a cannon ball. Then another crash rang out causing everyone to stand up, then panic broke out. Amidst the craziness the Yurio could hear the conflict on the main deck, it sounded like a war had broken out. Then after about 20 minutes the noise died down and a man that Yurio had never seen before walk down, his grey hair and blue eye made him stand out. That was the first time Yurio had meet captain Victor. He saved his life and for that he will be forever grateful. 

"Yurio, Yurio, Yurio wake up!" Yurio felt someone shaking him. His eyes snapped open and he saw who was shaking him. It was Yuri, the two of them were sitting in the brig of a ship that he assumed that was Chris's ship. He could see the sun going down out of the window on the far side of the ship. 

"Yuri... What happened?" Yurio look at Yuri who was still wearing his clothes from the Ball although they were now dirty and disheveled. 

"I don't really know I just woke up myself. God had did this happen." Replied Yuri, who to Yurio surprise didn't look too scared. He looked more exhausted then anything else. 

"So can you get us out of here with your powers?" Asked Yurio expecting Yuri to at least look shock, Yuri just looked down at the floor. 

"I could probably get us out of this room but I don't know if I enough strength to take on the whole crew. My power have a limit, we will need a plan." Yuri's answer was cool and collected. 

"Okay... Why aren't you freaking out?" Yurio was confused by his dimeter. 

"Oh I am internally but freaking out right now won't help me or you. And don't think your off the hook yet, I'm still pissed that you and Victor lied too me." Said Yuri with a seriousness that kind made Yurio look at him in a new light. 

"I can imagine and I don't blame you. We lied and deceived you but one thing that Victor didn't lie about was how he felt for you." Yurio said placing one hand on Yuri shoulder drawing his attention to him.

"Ha, he was just trying get something from me. I don't know what though." Said Yuri with a laugh. 

"He wanted you." Yurio said with ease. "Actually he wanted a gem from your country that is said to control ice and snow. But after we couldn't find it and after he spent more time with you. He simply fell in love with you, without knowing about your powers." 

"So you say." Yuri voiced said it as if he didn't believe it. 

"I do say cause it's the truth." Said Yurio with a serious face, that once Yuri saw it he knew that Yurio wasn't lying. The two of them sat in the darkening brig without saying anything. Although there was silence it wasn't awkward, both young men were thinking how the hell they were getting out of this mess. They don't how much time had passed but a strange noise pull both Yuris from their deeps thoughts. When they looked to the direction of the noise, J.J. was standing there staring at them. 

"You two are oddly quiet. I thought there would be at least once escape attempt by now. It's kind of boring." J.J. said crossing his arms and actually looking disappointed. Yurio looked over at Yuri rolling his eyes. "Well maybe you two are planning something big."

"Why are we here?" Asked Yuri hoping to change the subject. 

"Well your here, dear sweet prince to make sure captain Victor stop interfering with our plans. And Yurio is here because I think that he is so cute." J.J. comment made Yurio cringe and Yuri want to blast him with ice but he didn't because it wouldn't help him in this situation. J.J. stared at the two of them for another minute before leaving the two of them only once again. 

Meanwhile on Victor ship...

"Captain Victor! We found something." A crew member said running up to Victor and Otabek. The man relayed the information he had gathered, after hearing the news Victor smiled. 

"We've found them. Now its time to get our boys back." And with that they were off the save the Yuris.
