Epilogue: The wedding

It had been a year since Yuri and Victor said farewell to the small island kingdom of Hasetsu. Now they are returning after having so many Adventures on the high seas. Yuri and Victor had been all over the world, Victor had told Yuri he would show him everything. To keep his promise Victor had shown Yuri all of wonders of the world. Yuri had loved them all but their was something about going home again that made him excited. Yuri was standing by Victor who was steering the ship. 

"So, why are we going to Hasetsu again?" Yuri asked because Victor was the one who decided to return to Hasetsu and he hadn't told Yuri why. 

"I told you it's a surprise." Victor said with a bright smile. This made Yuri sigh with annoyance. That made Victor chuckle, so he leaned over and kissed Yuri. 

"That's cheating. How many times do I have to tell you that?" Yuri said as Victor pulled away from him. "Cause when you kiss me I can't stay mad or annoyed."

"I know you tell me every time." Victor said still smiling at the love of his life. This last year had been like a dream for Victor. After several hours the ship pulled into a familiar port and on the dock Otabek and Yurio stood holding hands. It only took a few minutes for the ship to come to a stop. Yuri walked off the ship then headed straight to Otabek and Yurio pulling the two of them into a tight hug. 

"Prince Yuri. It's good to see again." Otabek said with a small smile. Yuri takes a pause at the word prince, he hadn't heard anyone call him that in a year. 

"Otabek and Yurio how have you two been?" Victor asked walking up and putting an arm around Yuri's shoulders.

"We're good, how about you guys?" Yurio said a smile on his face. Victor was happy to see that, when Yurio had told him he was staying here with Otabek he was a little worried. 

"We're great." Yuri said with a large smile. The four men talked for awhile longer before Victor finally interrupted the flow of the conversation with a cough. 

"Well Yuri and I should be heading to the castle to see his parents." Victor said with a smile. Yuri looked over at him and noticed that his face looked like he was trying to hide something. 

"Yeah, it would be rude not to see them." Yuri said deciding not question the look on Victor face. 

"Let us accompany you." Otabek said with a smile that led Yuri to believe there was more going on here. Letting it go Yuri and the three other men started walking in the direction of the castle. As they walked they talked about everything that had happened this last year. Yurio had joined the royal guard and was one of the best need recruit they had seen in years. Otabek was really proud of him. 

Once they arrived at the palace Otabek and Yurio made excuse to leave. And Victor grabbed Yuri's hand leading him not into the castle but to the side of it where the royal garden was. Now Yuri was confused and really wanted to know what was going on.

"Um...Victor what's going on?" Yuri asked as Victor pulled in into the lash garden. Yuri's eyes widen at the sight a glamorous party was taking place. "What?" Yuri asked again. 

"It's a party" Victor said his face was red and he seemed nervous. 

"I can see that." Yuri said with a face full of pure shock. "But why?" 

"Well...Um..." Victor said as he drop to one knee. "Yuri Katsuki will you marry me?" At that moment everything click in Yuri's head, this was an engagement party. With that realization Yuri cheek flushed, turning the color of a ripe strawberry. 

"Yes! Of course!" Said Yuri. Victor stood up and kissed  Yuri with a passion. The crowd erupted into cheers. Victor slip a gold ring onto Yuri finger as Yurio, Otabek, and all of Yuri's family came up and hugged him. They congratulated them then the party was underway. Everyone was having a good time drinking and eating. Yuri walked over to where his parent where standing.

"So you two knew about this didn't you?" Asked Yuri as he reached his parents. 

"Yes, Victor sent us a letter a few weeks ago asking for our permission and if we could help surprise you. And we say of course." Replied Yuri's mom with a bright smile. 

"Thank you." Said Yuri hugging his mom. 

"By the way, we have been planning the wedding and its in three days time." Added the king. 

"What? why?" Asked Yuri.

"Because we want to see you get married. And cause we say so." Replied the Queen. Yuri couldn't argue with them. They both looked so happy and Yuri had to admit that it was nice not having to worry about planning a wedding.

The three days went by in a flash. The castle was a buzz with commotion and people getting ready for the big day. Yuri had a fitting, a cake tasting, and a million other thing that his mother insisted that he be apart of. The morning of the wedding Yuri was wearing white pants and a white jacket with gold details. He also wearing a golden crown with a snowflake made out of diamonds on it. The knots in his stomach, not because he wasn't sure about marrying Victor. Yuri just hated being the center of attention. 

The Queen came a got Yuri when it was time. The two of them walked arm in arm down a long isle, at the same time all the people of the great hall stood up from their seats. Yuri looked ahead he saw his father standing just in front his throne, off to the right stood Victor who was wearing a similar outfit to Yuri's. His smile made the knots in Yuri's stomach disappear in a second. In no time at all Yuri was standing next to Victor who was smiling at him. The king asked everyone to sit and began the ceremony. 

"Yuri do you take Victor to be your husband?" asked the king.

"I do." replied Yuri looking at Victor with a bright smile.

"And do you Victor take Yuri as your husband?" The king asked Victor.

"I do." Said Victor. 

"Then by the power vested in me, by me. I now pronounce you husband and husband. May kiss." The King said with a large smile. Victor grab Yuri and pulled into a kiss that would put any other kiss to shame. The left the great hall with linked arms and shining smiles. 

Shortly after everyone gathered in the garden of the palace for a party. Victor and Yuri had decided to toss a bouquet of blue roses together, to keep the tradition of who every chases will be married next alive. 

"One." said Yuri.

"Two" said Victor. 

"Three." They said at the same time sending the bouquet flying in the air. It landed right in Yurio's arms. He had been standing next to Otabek in the back, not wanting the flowers. He began to blush as Otabek kissed his cheek. Yuri and Victor walked over laugh all the while Yurio was yelling at them.

And they all lived happily ever after.
