Someone had pointed out that the two different children from Kelvin's memories have their hair parted differently. One has their hair parted on the left and the other has theirs on the right.
Child 1, is the one who stayed on the right side of Vincent Phantomhive. He introduced himself to Baron Kelvin as Ciel. He is shown to be very friendly and lively, as he introduces himself to Kelvin and quickly runs up to Klaus upon meeting.
While Child 2, is constantly called "this child" by Vincent. He is shown to be shy and timid from not being out in public much because of his sickness. His hair is parted the same way as the Ciel we know, the fake Ciel.
