it was currently ten pm in tokyo. kaminari sat in his bed, covers pulled up high, wearing his pastel yellow hoodie that was a little too big for him. his laptop was set up on his lap, facetiming his now long time crush.

on the screen, jirou was in her room as well, sitting at her desk. kaminari could see a few instruments around, as well as posters, cds, and anything to almost everything music related.

this was a little thing they liked to do together, just facetime each other until late in the morning and wake up sleep deprived. even so, they found enjoyment in it, since they were with each other.

kaminari humming a short melody, scrolling on his phone. it wasn't until a few moments later, he looked up at jirou, who seemed to be zoning out.

"jirou?" he called out, "hey, jirou??"

jirou was still staring off into space. kaminari sighed, since it wasn't the first time it's happened. every so often, jirou would start to zone out, and kaminari would overthink and think that she was getting bored of him.

"jirou?" he called again. this time, jirou snapped her head up and saw kaminari's frowned look.

jirou pouted and rubbed her head, "i'm sorry.. i zoned out again, didn't i?"

kaminari hummed a simple, "mhm,"

"ahh.. i'm sorry. i was just deep in thought," she explained, rubbing her temples.

"it's alright," kaminari said. he suddenly pushed his blanket off of him, "i'm gonna use the bathroom, i'll be right back,"

jirou nodded.

on jirou's side of the screen, she sulked in her chair. her heads been clouded with so many thoughts, she didn't know what to do.

it was mostly thoughts about kaminari and her music career. more specifically, her management and their dumb conditions.

"god, i fell for him in the end," jirou muttered, her arm covering her eyes. a small smile curved on her lips.

you heard her right - kaminari successfully got jirou to fall for him.

over the past few weeks, her management has slowly started to catch up on jirou's sneaky whereabouts. she doesn't tell them about all the dates, or her relationship between her and kaminari. even when they do go on dates, it's always somewhere without many people.

to relieve her stress, jirou went over and picked up her acoustic guitar. she strummed it gently when she sat back down, playing a few chords. she decided to play one song, that described how she felt.

jirou sang the words lightly, almost a whisper. her fingers glided across the strings, putting her at ease as she continued.

it was one of her favourite songs, and she also enjoyed playing it. it wasn't until now though, that she started to feel this way.
