Treyah Nicole Palma (POV)

7 years later...

Yes! At last! Today is the day that I'll start my high school life! Thanks to Mom and Dad, I'll be staying in the same school with my friends. Even with Justin who is my best friend and who is also my cousin. Sabay kaming pumasok sa school kasama yung family Driver namin. Si Lola kasi, sinabihan sila Mommy, Daddy, Tita Anikka at Tito Ivan official driver na daw namin ni Justine yun.

"Just, let's go to the high school department!" I said with delight

"Tara!"

Tumakbo kami papasok sa HS Building tapos nakita ko sila Len bestfriend ko... Actually, girlfriend siya ni Justine. Bata pa nila no? Puppy love!

"Justine!!!" Sigaw niya bago kumapit sa braso ni Justine

"Len! Namiss kita!" Sabi naman niya

"Tss." Nasabi ko na lang

Yeah... You've got it right. Nagmana ako kay Tito Drake. Yan yung sabi sakin ni Tita Alys. Nagsimula daw kasi yun nung bata ako...

Alyah Zynneth Cortez (POV)

Flash back 5 years

I memeet namin sina Alys at Drake ngayon kasi it's weekend. I didn't know when and how, but I already became best friends with Alys. And now we'll be meeting them. Sinama din namin ni Tripp si Treyah kasi sabi ni Alys ay gusto nia daw itong makita.

"Hi Treyah!!!" Excited na bati ni Alys sa anak ko sabay yakap nila sa isa't isa. Kinurot kurot pa nga yung pisngi nito. Cute naman kasi talaga yung anak ko!

"Oh? Bakit tahimik siya?" Tanong ni Alys ulit

"She just became like that nung nagsimula na siyang makapag-aral. Nagulat nga kami dahil matalinong bata siya! But then as time pass by, mas naging tahimik siya at snob sa hindi niya kakilala. Wala nga yan ibang kalaro at kausap kundi si Justine na pinsan niya." I said

"Yeah she's right. You what Alys, there's this word na palagi niya sinasabi when she's bored oh kaya naiinis. No other words or sentences. Just 'TSS'." Sabi naman ni Tripp tapos biglang nanlaki ang mga mata ni Alys. Inalog alog niya din si Drake na nasa tabi niya

"She may look like you Tripp, but she got the famous 'The Drake Palma way'! So sorry ka Tripp, kay Drakey baby ko nagmana si Treyah!" Sabi ni Alys

"Tss." Sabay na sabi ni Treyah at Drake kaya pinagpalit-palitan namin sila ng tingin

"What?!" Again sabay po silang nagsalita.

Back to present...

So yun po yung reason kung bakit ako tahimik palagi. I have this 'Drake Palma Way' daw. Actually sa mga kwento ni Tita Alys at sa mga actions ni Tito Drake napapansin ko na medyo marami kaming pagkakapareho. Nagtatampo nga si Daddy eh, kasi sabi niya sa lahat daw ng mamanahin ko yung ugali pa ni Tito Drake.

"Treyah, kamusta summer? How did you prepare for the high school life?" Len asked me as we walk to oour classroom

"Nothing. We just went swimming." I said

"You still get lazy when you talk huh? You know what? You should have your own boyfriend! At least you'll be able to learn to speak!" She said

"Nakakapgsalita naman ako." I answered her

"Nope. Not like that. Palagi kasing tipid yung mga sinasabi mo. And you always do the 'Tss' thing."

"Nagmana kasi siya kay Tito Drake. Pinsan nung Daddy niya." Sabi naman ni Justin.

"Oh... Really? Based on what?"

"Attitude." Tumawa sila parehas tapos sakto naman na nasa classroom na kami. We sat beside each other and they both end up talking and talking. They're always saying 'I love you's' and I am starting to hate it.

30 minutes na ang nakalipas pero wala pa rin yung adviser namin. The whole class has been noisy for a while now and it's because most of us know each other. It's like I am the only one here who has a closed mouth and not saying a word. I am just watching them laugh and talk to each other because I'm bored.

The noise lasted in another 30 minutes. But the whole class was shocked when a tall boy entered our room. He was wearing his big smile as he went in the middle. All of us thought he was the teacher but he just waved at us like a kid. Lahat ng kaklase kong babae, except for me ay kinilig. Why? I'd be lying kapag sinabi kong hindi siya gwapo.

"Hi! I am your new classmate, Kurt!"

Pagkasabi niya nun ay umupo siya sa bakanteng upuan sa harapan ko tapos humarap siya sakin. While my classmates are again busy with talking, ako naman ay nakatitig lang sa kanya kasi ganoon lang din ang ginagawa niya sakin.

"Hi miss! Anong pangalang mo?"

I didn't answer, instead I just played my phone to divert my attention from this idiot. I already told you, that I am not sociable. Close lang ako sa mga kakilala ko like Len and Justin. Sila lang ang kinakausap ko dito sa school, except for group works. Nagsasalita pa din naman ako kahit kaunti. But I always choose to keep quiet.

"Sungit!" sabi niya sabay talikod
