Harry stared blankly at the wall of his temporary cell. It is located near the Auror's headquarters. After weeks, he finally got a trial date, which is today. He is thankful, this place is dreadfully boring. The Ministry had took his wand, the second hand wand James had got him. The pheonix wand is in Theo's trunk when they rummaged Harry's belongings. Kingsley Shacklebolt approached the cell, and Harry could hear locks being opened.
Harry entered the courtroom with guards trailing behind him. He is probably the youngest wizard ever to step foot in this courtroom for trial. For other crimes, they would not put a twelve year old into Azkaban, but Harry's charges includes conspiring with the dark. Just because of that bloody book!
The room was dimly lit, and at the centre, an uncomfortable looking chair were covered in chains. He was directed to sit there, and the chains binded him. He gazed around the room confidently, not even hesitating. There were more than fifty people. Probably the entire Wizengamot. Harry is flattered. He spotted a few familiar faces, including the James Potter, Lucius Malfoy, Sirius Black and many more human he had met during balls and formals.
In the middle of the front row, right infront of Harry, Cornelius Fudge was talking to someone with the Court Scribe.
"Now that everyone is present, we can begin the trial," Fudge announced.
"Trial of the suspected, twentieth of June. Offences: attempted murder on four students and a cat, possessing an illegal book, the practise of dark arts, conspiring with the dark lord. Offencer, Harry James Potter."
The Court Scribe quickly scribbled every word Fudge said.
"Interrogators: Cornelius Oswald Fudge, Minister of Magic; Amelia Susan Bones, Head of the Deparrment of Magical Law Enforcement; Dolores Jane Umbridge, Senior Undersecretary of the Minister. Harry James Potter, correct?"
"Yes," Harry simply answered.
They went on about his charges, and Harry did not even seemed bothered. He just want this boring meeting to end. Of course, Sirius Black tried everything he could to clear Harry's charges, and the lawyer he hired is one of the best known. Even so, the lawyer is struggling to counter the evidence. Because whatever the charged Harry with, it is actually true except for the book (which he lied was his).
He was about to doze off when, "Those in favour of clearing the accused of all charges?" Cornelius Fudge boomed.
A few hands were raised.
"Those in favour of conviction?"
Hands rose, and the outcome could easily be predicted.
"Harry James Potter, convicted to ten years-"
The lawyer coughed, "Minister, according to the Wizarding Law, the longest period of time you may convict an underage wizard/witch is only for two years."
The minister looked annoyed and grumbled, "Then, two years in Azkaban's highest security cell. Case closed!"
The Court Scribe jot everything down quickly. Harry did not even get a say in anything, and he did not even try. He know that his arguements will be overlooked, and who would listen to a twelve year old anyways?
Dolores Umbridge handed Cornelius Fudge Harry's wand. They snapped it. Shacklebolt grabbed Harry's chain and went to go get another Auror to bring Harry to Azkaban.

Azkaban is cold, very cold. The entrance are guarded by dementors, which makes Harry shiver. The prisoners were locked up in individual cells, with only a sheet of fabric to sleep on. Their hands are chained together and their legs are chained with another set if chains. When the dementor passed with Harry, the prisoners stared intently with murderous looks. The conditions of the prisoners gets worse everytime they get deeper. Harry concluded that the deeper they go, more dementors appeared and the higher the security is.
Fudge had placed him in the highest security cell, which is mostly habited by death eaters. Thsi makes Harry's plan easier. Those are the cells where most Death Eaters are imprisoned in. The dementors stopped and opened one of the cells that is neighbouring to Bellatrix Lestrange. The person on the other side, Harry could not recognise.
Bellatrix looked at Harry, and gave him a devilish smile. Looks like she had been informed about the plan. How? No one knows. The dark lord has his own ways. He was pushed into the cell, and they clanked the bars close. He is glad that he had learned the Patronus charm for preparation. Who needs a wand anyway? Harry can do wandless magic, a very helpful ability. He thought of his happiest memory, and concentrated. It is harder to cast it this time. Maybe it is an affect for being surrounded by dementors.
The cell was plain. The brick walls look old and unkempt. Cold water leaked from the cracked corners. His Black Mamba patronus seem to make the dementors glide away from his cell. He wonder how long can his patronus last before he undergo a magic depletion.

Days passed, then weeks turns to months. Harry does not know what day is it anymore. There seems to be no night and day in Azkaban. He is sloy losing his sanity. Soon, he thought, soon.
The cells burst open, as dementors glides frantically. There in front of Harry, stood Bellatrix. Lucius must have slipped the key when hr visit Azkaban for "evaluation". Just as planned. Finally he can get out of this wretched place.
Bellatrix grabbed Harry who is still tied up in chains. They reached the exit and was about to apparate, when a dozen or so Aurors apparated around them. One of them, he noticed being Sirius.
"Bellatrix! Put my son down this instant!" Sirius growled.
It does seem as if Bellatrix is trying to kidnap Harry. He decides to play along with their assumption, after receiving a smirk from Bellatrix. Voldy must have told Bellatrix their plans in detail incase they were caught escaping.
"Sirius! Help!" Harry pleaded, rattling his chains.
"Now, now, Harry dear," Bellatrix cackled, "Be a good boy so I can bring you to the dark lord."
One of the Auror raised her wand, but Sirius stopped her. The chance of the spell hitting Harry instead of Bellatrix is high. Bellatrix took that moment to apparate.
