Brothers Vs. Step-brothers

CHAPTER - 7

I woke up before Seb and was smiling happily.

My alarm clock showed it's 5. My usual waking up time.

Yeah! Sometimes I get late, like yesterday.

But now as I have woke up I got ready and went downstairs. Where I saw the back of someone probably Black because he only wakes up at this time for the same reason as mine. As I walk closer I found that it's Nixen.

I slowly crept towards him and shouted "boo'.

He jumped and screamed "aah".

He glared at me playfully to which I just burst out laughing.

He sarcastically muttered, "very funny".

And rolled his eyes which lead me to laugh even more.

When I composed myself. I asked him, "what are you doing at this time?"

"Morning walk. and you my lady?" He asked with a wink.

To which I reply "same"

"So, wanna join?"

"Really? May i"

He again playfully roled his eyes and said, "ofcourse, princess"

We went outside and saw that Blake was already there just a little away from the gate looking at us intently.

Usually I used to go behind Blake as he doesn't like me walking alongside him but now Nixen offered me to walk with him.

Nixen took the other side from Blake and we both started jogging the other way.

While we were jogging I got to know that he is studying to be a doctor and likes basketball. He was also a captain of the basketball team in highschool.

I couldn't help but  notice the similirity between him and Percy. 

Nah. They aren't the same. Percy doesn't care about her but he does. I flipped these thoughts away.

"Really? I too am the captain."

He looked at me shocked.

"You are?"

I nodded my head smiling.

"Wanna play?"

"Hell yes"

Then we went to play in a nearby basketball ground.

After probably an hour we decided to go home.

When we went inside all the family were inside the living room looking worried.

"Dad, what happened?"

As soon as I sad that Dad came and hugged me.

"Oh, dear"

"Where were you?"

"I was with Nixe" I said happily.

"Baby, you should have send a message. I tried to call you so many times. I was so worried."

"Chill Dad. I was with Nix safe and sound."

All the brothers left the room.

Dad nodded but sternly said, "Next time pick my call."

"Sorry Dad. It won't happen next time."

Dad smiled at me and then we went out ways.

Like yesterday the twins were waiting for me and from there we drove for school.

School was pretty boring today nothing exciting.

Like usual.

What new happened is that we started training for the upcoming basketball season. We were told to stay back after school too for training.

I told Mason and Will that I will be staying. They asked me if I wanted them to pick me up which I refused.

Earlier I used to tell my other brothers about it and they used to shook it off like it's nothing. But now I told the twins.

Should I tell them? 

What's the use? 

They probably won't even know whether I will be at home or not at that time.

I shook these thoughts away and went for the practice.

While we were practicing I never thought I will saw them there.
