DEVASTATING DEATH

3rd Person POV

Standing in the funeral of none other than Armaan, Akira was devastated. Standing alone in a corner she was feeling numb. Her mind was completely blank. She couldn’t think straight.

Armaan is dead. The only thought in Akira’s mind is this.

Ryan and Akira’s father came to the funeral. They try to talk to her and convince her to come home but they could not even get a response from her. When the time came for the speeches, Armaan’s father came up to the podium.

“My son was the best son in the world. He never went against my word. No one can fill the void I have in my heart now. But I vow to take vengeance. I for sure know that he was murdered. I will -”

Akira tuned out his speech and her thoughts wandered back to Armaan her friend, her companion, her support.

Her mind went to the holiday they went on just before his death. He was happy, so cheerful. He made her happy. She for a fact knew it was murdered. It happened the day they had to return home. And like his father she will take revenge as she knows who killed him.

Akira walked out the place and went to Armaan’s home.

After a few hours Armaan’s father storms in the house and walks straight to her. He gets a hold on her hair and yanks her up from the sofa.

“Please tell me now who killed my son. And I will let you live.”

“Uncle, I know who killed him. And I want revenge too. Armaan was my best friend and maybe more. Please let me be by your side and get revenge. Please” Akira pleads.

“I know girl. I will let you stay with me. But give me a name.”

“Ryan Kapoor”

Armaan’s father turns red with anger. He smashes the things around him.

“I know for a fact this happened because of me. I am sorry. Please forgive me. I promise I will make Ryan suffer. He will plead for mercy, for his death. I promise.”

“I hope that happens. I have a plan. Are you up for it?”

“I will do anything for Armaan. ANYTHING”

Akira’s POV

I am coming for you Ryan. I will make you suffer.
