"Kaya, Kaya! Slow down please!" I'm so tired. I'm freaking out about this baby or two babies. "Oh, sorry. Are you okay?" She asked as we stopped outside Olive Loves Alfie, a kids clothes store. Oh great. "Kaya. Really? Now?" She smiled. "Well you have to start somewhere and sometime soon! That baby of yours is going to come sooner than you think, trust me!" I must have looked horrified at that thought. Of corse I trust Kaya because she has a son of her own. "Fine but I'm not going crazy, Thomas might not even want this baby." Kaya spun her head around and gave me a very... odd look. "Are you kidding me? I've worked with Thomas, remember? I know he wants kids!" I guess thats kind of reassuring but he's so busy with work right now, is now really the right time for him? "I guess." I sighed. "Come on, you can't tell me these clothes aren't absolutely adorable?" I have to admit, they were cute as hell! "Yeah..." I replied.

After about an hour in Olive Loves Alfie, we came out with plain white baby outfits and some more clothes for Reuban. "Right, its 3:15. I have to pick up Reu from nursery now but here's a taxi." Kaya waved her hand out to flag it down and I stepped in. "Let me know how it goes telling Thomas!" She called before slamming the door shut. Here goes nothing I guess.

I mean, I wasn't totally lying. I am tired after today. I'm dreading telling him about our baby. How do you even bring up that subject? I thanked my uber driver and nervously walked into our house and put my bags away before Thomas saw them. The next thing i did - which I always do - was change into Thomas's old sweatpants and hoodie for comfort and joined him downstairs. "Rosie!" He squieled. "Hi Thomas." Wow, I sound happy to be home. "What's wrong? You look nervous." Oh great. I forget he can read me like a book. "I... wait. I need the toilet." There's only one way I can tell him, and that's with the other test. "Come with me Tommy." He looked so confused. "Alright love." He replied as he took my hand. "Wait on the bed." I stuttered. Thomas sat down and I shut myself in our en suite and rummaged through the bags as quietly as I could to find the test. "Love, are you alright?" I heard Thomas ask. "Yeah, don't come in!" I yelled. "Oh, okay. I'm out here if you need me darling." He's the sweetest.

Finally, 2 minutes is up. Positive again, 3 weeks. "Can you close your eyes Tommy?" "Yes. They're closed." I took a deep breathe as I stepped out of our bathroom. I kneeled down infront of Thomas and instantly started to shake, brilliant. "Keep your eyes closed but hold out your hands flat for me babe." And he did. I placed the pregnancy test in his hands with the positive bit facing him. "Open." I stuttered. "Oh my..." It was clear that Thomas was shocked, very shocked. "We're having a baby?" He asked and looked at me. "Y-Yeah." I stuttered. Then a smile appeared. A smile that I've never seen on him before. "We're pregnant!" He yelled in excitement. His smile quickly faded when he saw how unexcited I was about this. "Oh, Rosie. I... Come here." He said as he pulled me up from the ground and sat me on his lap. "It'll be okay, we'll make it work." How can he be so sure? "But your work is more important Tommy." He smiled, again. "I know you think that but you're always the most important thing to me in my eyes and now our child will be the other most important thing to me too. And don't you think I'm missing the birth of my first son or daughter if it happens when I'm away filming, I'll be on the first flight home. That I can promise you both." He rested his hand on my stomach where the bump usually is and gently brushed his thumb over it, which I found absolutely adorable. "I love you Thomas Sangster." I smiled. "I love you too Rosie, and I love our child. I'm so happy you're the mother to my child." I nestled my head into his chest and smiled from ear to ear. "Were you scared I wouldn't be happy about this?" Crap. "I did have second thoughts, yeah but Kaya told me you want kids." I heard him chuckle. "She's not wrong." I could hear the smile in his voice and I felt him kiss me on my forehead. "So. How about we celebrate? I already had the sofa nice and comfy for us but now I'm feeling hungry. How about a dominos to celebrate huh?" I looked up at him with the cheesiest smile and nodded. "Come on then." He responded while patting at my legs telling me to move.
