After standing there alone thinking about his judgement to not join the group, James went downstairs and went to check on what's Ellie doing. Upon going there, he saw Dina sleeping with Jesse sitting down across her, just having a rest. James then arrived to where Ellie was, in a room with a radio on and a map of Seattle laid on the ground.

"Hey" Greeted James "Oh Hi" Replied Ellie "What're you doing?" Asked James "Just looking at a map, locating where Abby and Tommy might be. Anyways, you're done talking to Jesse?" Said Ellie "Yeah..." Said James with a sigh look "It doesn't look a smooth talk huh..." Said Ellie "Nope..." Said James back
Ellie didn't said anything back and going back to focus on her map.
"They might be here." Mumbled Ellie "No..." Said James to Ellie "And how do you know?" Asked Ellie "Cause I went through there to get here. No WLFs, no Tommy, and no Abby. Just some people wearing cloaks." Said James back "Eugh... Scars, they are the worst." Said Ellie "Scars?" Asked James "Yeah... one hell of a cult, they whistle..." Said Ellie "Oh... yea..." Said Jamesas he realized scars is the other word for Seraphites
They then spent times together to talk about the location of WLFs, Tommy and Abby might be for a while, until James caught his eyes on Ellie's diary/journal. He read some of it until Ellie took it from him.
"What're you reading? Give that back!" Said Ellie "Hey, I read the early ones." Replied James "Wow... rude..." Said Ellie back "Hehe... sorry..." Said James "So, you still like dinosaurs huh?" Continued James "Always have been." Replied Ellie "You know what, I've been thinking of making a sort of theme park with dinosaurs in Jackson." Said James "Yeah, sure" Said Ellie sarcastically "I'm serious, you know I'm pretty good at carving woods. I wanna bring that talent back." Said James "Well, it better be done once I came back home, how about that?" Asked Ellie "How much do you want to bet?" Asked James back "10 steak sandwiches made by Seth." Said Ellie "Deal." Replied James
After another minutes of talking about maps and dinosaurs, James figured it's time to go back to Jackson after unsuccessfully bring the team back.
"Well, I guess that's it. I'm gonna go back to Jackson. Maria's gonna be so ad at me." Said James "Already? Ok... say to her that we are all fine." Said Ellie "Ou yea... I got some supplies, I figured you guys need it the most. I'll put it on the stage downstairs." Said James "Ok, let me call Jesse and Dina first." Said Ellie "Just Jesse, no need for Dina. Let her have a rest." Said James "Ok..." Replied Ellie
James then laid some of his supplies to the stage, and came Ellie and Jesse to the stage.
"So, I've got some bandages, ammos, and food." Said James "These are a substantial amount of supplies, where'd you get it?" Asked Jesse "Uhm... I just brought it from home." Replied James knowing that those are from Scars "Well, thank you..." Replied Jesse "Yea... I gotta go now..." Said James "Thanks for stopping by." Said Ellie "Yea, no problem... See you guys back in town." Said James
