Tulisa and Toby

Part 5

My mum spoke to a few of our neighbours and it is one of there kids birthdays today so they are going to the play area. I am going aswell as they gave mum an invite for me.I couldnt wait to go to the birtday party, mum was even letting me pick my outfit.I picked a short pink dress,white cardigan,white shows and pink bobble for my hair.Mum and I are getting ready to go to the toy store to pick the present for the party. All that is needed to be done is mum finding the car keys and buckeling me into my car seat. I hope they have a range of toys to chose from. Looking out the window is what I love about being in the car. Watching everything zoom by but still being able to look at animals in the padock and people and other cars going past. We are just turning into the car park as I can see the Toys R Us sign ontop of the big building. I am thinking to myself, hurry up mum because I can't wait to see all the toys. Mum has taken me out of my car seat, I have to wait by the car while mum locks up. We hold hands as we walk towards the store. I pull on mums hand and try to pull her gently to the toy section. I have never seen so many toys before. Rows and rows of dolls, teddys, barbies, dolls houses etc. Now its time to pick one with the help of mum. I walk up and down the isle of toys looking at each one quickly. I am thinking of some type of doll or baby doll. That's the one I want to get. It looks like a baby born but unsure if we can afford it but there is another one very similar and cheaper. I just have to see what mum says.Mum said its fine to get the doll so walk to the counter to pay for it.We then go back to the car so we can wrap the present up and write out the card. After the long drive, we arrive home, me and mum wrap the present and mum writes out the card while i go upstairs and starting getting undressed ready to put my party oufit on. Once I was done getting dressed, we had to get the present then get into the car and drive to the party. I really wanted Toby to come with us so we took Toby in the car. I hope my friend likes the present mum and I got her. So everything is packed and I am buckled in. I am so excited about going to the party. I cannot wait to see my friend. It won't be long until we get there as it's close to home. The weather was sunny and not too hot so that was good. Mum pulled in the parking lot of the party area. Doesn't look like many people here yet. We saw a sign that said pets not allowed and I felt sad but understood a little of why he isn't once mum explained it to me; that Toby will cause a mess and for health and safety. Not that I totally get the whole health and safety part. Toby stayed outside, i didnt want him to but i had no choice so i went inside and tried to enjoy the party hoping he would be ok. It was soon time for the party to finish and i couldnt wait to get outside and see Toby so i quickly said bye to everyone before walking outside to go back home. When i got outside i shouted Toby but he didnt come, me and mum kept shouting him but he never come.It was getting late and dark so mum said we had to go home without him.
