‘But there’s no way to beat him. His plan is air tight. Sandra will die.’ Cole growled, scared he would lose the mate he had only just found.

‘What happens if I don’t fail?’ Sandra asked ignoring Coles comment except to put a calming hand on his arm.

‘If you don’t fail werewolves can come out of hiding. They will be able to live among humans without fear of being killed for what they are also Selene doesn’t have to kill them.’

‘Sandra you can’t really be thinking about doing this. You’ll die!’

‘Cole I don’t have a choice. It will happen anyway and besides there has to be a way to do it or the moon goddess wouldn’t have agreed to it. Now come on, we need to get packed before my dad comes after us.’

‘Before you do there is something else you need to know. The moon goddess blessed you when she chose you. This transferred some of her power to you. You have control over the elements, you can also teleport to anywhere you’ve been or have seen, you can fly anywhere else. Also you can read minds among other things. Pretty much you think it you can do it. That’s it now enjoy your life.’ And she was gone.

‘Why does she keep doing that?’ Sandra muttered to herself.

‘Well, that was a lot to take in.’ Cole stated and walked into his room. ‘So what do you think you’re other mates will be called?’

‘Aaron and Jason.’ She replied instantly.

They both froze.

‘How do you know that?’

‘I don’t know. It’s like the names were just there waiting for you to ask.’ She explained confused.

‘Well what are their last names and we’ll find them and explain everything.’

‘I don’t know all that’s there is the first names. I don’t know packs, ages, anything. Just the first name.’ she said in exasperation.

‘Well, it’s something to go by anyway. So let’s go find them.’

When they had finished packing they went downstairs to find the alpha, Kyle, at the door blocking the way.

‘Excuse me, please’ Sandra said to him.

‘You’re not leaving. I won’t allow it.’

‘I asked you to move politely. After everything that’s happened to me because of you it’s more than you deserve. I won’t ask again. Move.’ The power radiating off of her was strong but she hadn’t commanded him. Yet.

‘You will not leave this pack without a future alpha. You will STAY.’ He used his alpha command. It had no effect.

‘You think that’s a command.’ She laughed. ‘This is a command. MOVE.’ The power she emitted was so strong everyone but Cole moved leaving the doorway empty. Nobody tried to stop them leaving the house but what was waiting outside was worse.

‘Cole baby. I was just looking for you.’ Stacy said rubbing his chest flirtatiously.

‘Get your hands off of him, Stacy.’ She said dangerously.

‘Who do you think you’re talking to?! You are useful than an omega and I’m surprised they didn’t kill you when you were born!’ She maliciously ranted and went to slap her. Before her hand reached Sandra’s face it stopped, as if it couldn’t move any closer. Stacy started turning an unattractive red colour while trying to force her hand closer.

‘You’re not going to hit me again Stacy. And you’re not going to touch my mate anymore.’ She said in a cam yet deadly tone.

‘Mate?’ she stopped trying to hit Sandra in surprise. She then started to laugh. ‘He’s not your mate, the moon goddess wouldn’t have chosen someone of such low rank for a beta. Everyone knows you should have been born an omega.’

‘That is where you’re wrong. The moon goddess chose me as more than just his mate. She chose me as the lupus lunae.’

Stacy laughed again. ‘You’re delusional. I’ll prove you’re not the lupus lunae.’ She caught Sandra by surprise by jumping at her along with six other wolves that had sprung out of the wood. The rest of the pack ran out of the pack house. Before Cole had a chance to help Sandra he had been pinned to the floor by the alpha, beta, gamma and three other pack warriors. While Cole was trying to fight them off one of the wolves tried to bite Sandra who cast her hand at him making him fly a hundred or so feet away. The others stopped for a second before attacking with more vigour than before. It was like a blast of energy exploded from Sandra’s chest. Stacy and the others flew hundreds of feet away before landing in a crumpled heap, unconscious. The rest of the pack froze.

‘Let go of my mate.’ She growled and everyone sprung away from him. ‘I told you, you won’t keep me here and all you have achieved is pissing me off now all of you SLEEP!’ they all dropped where they were and slept. The quiet that followed was deafening. Sandra just stood there looking at everybody on the floor until Cole walked over to her.

‘How long will they be asleep for?’ He asked.

‘I don’t know but let’s go before they wake up.’
